I would like to get some input on this , how would everyone feel about a smooth cap ? thinking about dropping the grooves , possibly depending on what everyones thoughts were on the idea

I personally dig the grooves, sets it apart.........................and now that I know what it takes to make good radius grooves like that I can appreciate the work it took to get em that nice

I personally like both the grooves and smooth version, it all comes down to the mod on which I place it on. For me though, the mod that the atty will most likely live on would look better with the smooth version.

I think it should be a viable option, since production of it is really simple, just leave out one step in the making of your wonderful atomizer

you built it too perfect; have to agree, I dig the grooves from a functional point of view, to make sure I can remove the cap. Smooth looks better to me, but grooves works better for me.

Definitely ... Grooves, just like they are on the Stratus 19mm
The Stratus 19mm's performance is outstanding ... going to enjoy playing around the 22mm.

I am sorry I disagree. In my 19mm Stratus it looked unique but in a 22mm Gene 3 Groove lines looks alot like an AGA . Could you engrave 22 or Stratus as well?

I like both version, grooves and no grooves. Since ill also be using the 22 on a Poldiac if I was given a choice I would choose the no grooves to match the pants / shirts of that device. I do like the grooved version too, it is distinctive to the stratus.
