However. Folks, wait up a bit, will ya? I very well remember how the very first head I got on the V1 read very high as well, and after break-in read within tolerance. So let's break them in a bit before complaining, ok?

I'm not saying another word until I've used it for about two hours off and on, other than the wicking is great.

Just wondering... what is the resistance of your multimeter's leads?

for a v2.5 head on a v1 tank you have to lift up the rubber top piece about a milimeter. If you dont there is a very small gap between it and the top cap. When you take a pull, some of the vapor will go into the tank if you dont.

For the record, my 2.4Ω heads measured 2.8Ω. Since I use Kicks in my devices, resistance of each head is irrelevant. Just dial up 8 watts and enjoy. Vapor is huge and flavor is fine. I am getting a bit of vapor in the tube so while the v2.5 head fits, it's not a perfect fit. Haven't had any leaking so it's no big deal.

Long wicks. I didn't think of it - I used a juice from Altcig, and they don't list their PG/VG percentages. Dam. I'd guess is between 70/30 and 50/50 or so...

Well loaded up 4 of the V2.5 with the 2.4Ω heads and been vaping them around 1.5 hours now at about 9 watts +-. First impressions are good and seem to have a better flavor then my old V1's.

I'm a DIY'er and mix 70/30, got me some home brew 555, cinnamon roll, water melon and a little banana cream going so I'm good for now

Very good point! Lead to lead is .5 ohms. So if subtracted here are the new values. Good catch! I cranked the 1.8 head to 5v and it tasted burnt. Was because of the .5 resist in my meter leads, changed the ohm's law calculation.

I'm thrilled that my PV is using a Kick so I don't have to always calculate the wattage just to keep the vape the same depending on which ohm the carto is at... Having to just think about wattage is so much easier

Amen to that. I am using a home brewed PV, so have to use the Ohm's law calculator on my smart phone.

OK. I am not ready to report performance yet. However I will say I can confirm that letting the tank lay on its side for an hour after filling is good. I can't remember were I read or saw this tip, or I would give the credit. But someone out there knows who you are. Thanks.

P.S. I vaped at 10 minutes after filling, then again after an hour 20.

Ok, Just took plunge with VN 2.5...can't wait to try these bad boys out..
$1.49 for the heads was an incredible no brainer decision..Much thanx GV for the killer deal !!

OK here is another tip I just discovered. There was a 1/4 inch plastic tub inside the drip tip that came with the ViVi Nova 2.5. I removed it and I believe the vape is better. I discovered by switching between my own drip tip and the supplied one. I knoticed mine was better. Then I started inspecting both and discovered this plastic tube.

Badkolo, was this an intentional part of the design? Or it was just there from whoever produced the tips. Or a 3rd option may be I had an unintended piece left in mine.

In any case I would suggest removing it. You can always re-insert. It was just presure fitted in there.
