VS website- login button?

I am having a hard time accessing my account from the VS website. On my PC, the Login button does not appear- in fact that entire row of options (with dashboard and blog) doesnt appear (cursor doesnt change shape over where these should be either).

Strangely, on my iphone, they do appear and work and I can login.

Has anyone else had this problem? I know I was able to see it on my PC a few days ago.

This happened to me once, not sure why. I even brought it up with the programmer.

I believe you can side scroll to the right and the login button will be there. I'd bring it up with the programmer, but we're changing the website altogether in 3 weeks!
