Before my friends bought their own ecigs, I would frequently have to keep extra tanks and batteries with me (more than usual) at the bar to give to them to use. I didn't mind at all. I didn't smell like I rolled in an ashtray when I got home, and now they all have their own ecigs and we constantly "bum juice" from one another. Gotta love it!

I can see Vaping only bars coming very soon.

There's a bar in my town that has an area outside for smokers, but you can vape inside. They have local art hanging up all over the place, and they sell it for artists, so they don't want the smell on the canvases or paper. And in Alabama, even at night, it's hot. The other night, at this time (midnight), it was 88 degrees, so being outside always felt like punishment for smoking...

I don't understand people that will just pick up your ecig and take a hit off it, how rude I have to take the tip off and put another one on.
That's like taking a bite of someone's sandwich. But I'm to nice to say anything.

I would be appalled. Next time someone does this just play it off then a few minutes later use the contaminated drip tip to pick your nose like it's no big deal.. bet they'll think twice next time! :p

.. bet they'll think you're the grossest person they know too, ha

Just take a big swig of their drink, that will send a message.

ECBlend sells "friend tips" for $0.25. Not that this would help in a grab and smoke situation, but I've found they come in handy. Especially when people are like, "I've never tried one, what is it like?" I can just pop a friend tip on and voila!

Well, that IS funny!! I've never have anyone asking me for some juice, but on the other hand, many people come to me asking for a light, because they obviously think I'm 'smoking' my eGo... I usually show them the device (a stainless steel one), stating 'Sorry; no lighter, it's electronic, see?'. People usually give me the blank stare by then...

On one those times, I was at a bar with a friend of mine. The place was empty; only another guy who drew a cigarette and realised he had no lighter. He asked me first, I explained I didn't have one, it's electronic, yada, yada... he looked confused, and then asked my friend. Well, this friend was a recent convert, so he held out his e-cig the way I did, and told him 'Sorry... it's also electronic...'

The guy just burst out laughing, asking 'What are the odds??'

I know that feeling. Just moved to a new worksite and was hanging outside enjoying the nice weather when I was asked if I had a light several times now by different people here. I think I converted a few to ecig's. I also found a couple of fellow vapers too. Funny thing is I was vaping with my eVic/MT3. You can't miss that monster.

Sorry to have not commented again until now, work has been keeping me busy.

Some great comments. I didn't really mind giving the guy some juice, it just kind of blew me away that it had happened at all. It's a changing world.

I'm currently sitting in a little bar in Kentucky having a cold one after a hot, tough day. The people around me are all smoking and I'm enjoying some pomegranate juice using my Vamo. I've had a few odd looks but so far no one has commented or asked about it ( which is good IMHO as I'm getting tired of answering the same questions everywhere I go).

This is so funny you bumped this because there are a few of us in our office building that vape. Some of us work for different companies, as it is a large office complex. A lady that knows I vape and works at a different company just came down to my office to ask if I could bum her some juice...I was floored, and weirdly this is the first day I didn't bring juice with me to work because I wanted to try and get by with just vapping my filled clearos.

Now if the homeless guy that use to always bum cigs off me ask for juice when I go outside, then I know vapping has officially become mainstream.
