Smoked 2 packs a day for 45+ years. Been vaping since 10/31/2011. Still not totally off the stinkies, 3 or 4 a day, but not giving up by a long shot. Ordered some WTA juice to see if that will take the edge off my times when I falter. I am shooting for 10/31/2012 to be totally off them.
Anyway I can live with the spending on hardware and juices but now I ordered an in home Octane Q37ci eliptical machine. Have these juices gone to my head? For cryin out loud I am 60 years old and now I am craving a 30 or 40 year old body. Or at least one that feels like that.
I just wanted to inform everyone of this terrible side effect of vaping. Please seek help before you end up travelling down my path.
Consider yourselves warned.:2cool:

I look forward to this unfortunate circumstance !!! :p

Better watch it or you'll be trying to find a crossfit gym next! Seriously though from a guy thats injured himself numerous times and learned the hard way; stretch after you are done, set aside two days of the week for a full stretching session or better, beginners yoga.

If your equipment has a heart rate monitor start slow and slowly workup to your target heart rate, once there, then you can increase your speed, try to maintain your target heart rate speed for about 10-15 min per session its really not necessary to do more, the intensity (target heart rate) is more important. Oh yeah and one more thing, STRETCH, not dynamic ie bouncing, out after you are done, it does help!

Luckily I do not have any room for anything else.:) So there won't be any other equipment in the future.
I too have a history of knee, back and neck issues and I intend to take everything very slow till I get a little endurance as well as muscle support built up. Stetching is an excellent point and I will try to get more in. Afterwards too?? It does have a heart monitor and I will be judging my work by that. When I finally see I can go longer while maintaining the same heart rate I'll know my body is finally responding. One thing is for sure, it sure isn't easy after being a desk chair and couch potato for years not to mention the smoking. The only things that ever got a workout were my two typing fingers on each hand. LOL. Thanks for the tips.

Actually not too much lately My vehicle was sandwiched between two other cars 11 days ago and I have been doing most of the work myself for the past week or so. I finished yesterday so am hoping to get in a better routine soon.
 OH NO !!! I'm glad you're okay Wally ! That stinks big time !!! :( Maybe that's why I gained weight cuz you weren't exercising

Physically OK, mentally is another story after bickering with the insurance company. The only decent settlement I was offered was only if I gave up the vehicle to salvage. It's paid for and it's old but I love it so I roughly took half to keep it.

I'll get back to working out soon. Let me know if you drop any pounds next week.:)
