Doc put me on this hobbit diet of 5 small meals a day keeps the metabolism busy all day.<3
And it is working :D... I'd be happy with 25lbs lost :D

I was thinking of getting those but they are a bit pricey when you eat three of them per meal.:)

that would be expensive lol. Thinking yogurt and cereal for breakfast, hot pocket and veggies for lunch, Marie callender dinner and home popped pop corn no butter for a snack. Gonna start slow with the excersise maybe 20 - 30 mins every other day

May want to make sure you throw in something with some potassium to balance out the sodium.

Yay so uncheck easier when some else's is doing it too. Now if I could just get my .... out of bed and go get breakfast. It's my iPads fault to easy to lay in bed and and surf lol. But it is my day off and I get up at 430 everyday so I can relax a bit in bed on my day off :)
Hey now.....one of the key factors in keeping a body healthy is to provide it with adequate resting and sleep time ya know. That's a proven fact. No joke. It let's the body repair itself. So it's perfectly fine to do that :D
