Ludo has been very forthcoming about the issues Jeff / USA has had recently. I told Ludo myself that I personally LOVE their products but that I was hesitant to re-order anything in fear of having ordering /shipping /communication issues.
He is dedicated to getting these issues fixed but they require time. I hate to see people out in the cold waiting for orders, especially when their products are so good. It's a shame that this has had to come to blows on the forums but it is a great way to get things resolved.
They will return to their former greatness soon I hope. They have fantastic products and the demand for them has been very very very high. I think even they are surprised by this. My advice to anyone who is planning to order is - WAIT. Give them a few weeks to get back on their feet and fill the backlog and deal with the customer service issues.
I'm sorry your order was screwed up as well. Please don't flame me for trying to defend them- I'm 50% fanboy but I'm also 50% business owner as well. I can totally empathize and wish them a speedy recovery.
I thought the rest of my Janty stuff was here today, but no. Even after Ludo's help, it was still wrong. Should have been 2 Cappuccino High, got 1 COF-Med. Yep, just plain coffee to go up with all the other coffee's I've ordered from everywhere else trying to get a cappuccino flavor. Will have to start getting cream to mix. Didn't know Janty even had Med strength. Wonder what mg it is? I'm starting to think cappuccino doesn't really exist and was just made up to offload more coffee.
Only got one of the 2 Dura-C sets I was expecting. Hopefully the other one will turn up in another day or two. Why they'ld ship separate though??? Who knows. Everything else was there though, so I'm doing better than some. I so hope I never have a warranty issue.![]()
I'm sick of waiting, and filed a paypal dispute. I got a response through paypal with a tracking number for a label printed on 14/3/09. But with USPS saying that this is only shipping information and NOT receipt of the parcel. When I tried to track the item through Royal Mail (who would be delivering it in the UK) unsurprisingly enough, they have no record of receiving the parcel. It does not take a parcel 14 days to get from the US to a port in the UK.
I have escalated to a claim!
Makes ya kinda of wonder eh? At least you got a cappuccino cousin...coffee. I got chocolate - high, while pretty good tasting, I couldn't vape it all day and coffee is always my morning vape - was looking forward to adding Cappuccino to that list.

Wouldn't have been so bad If I didn't already have so much coffee from other places. It's not bad, it's just not cappuccino. Missed out on the Cashcap from PS. Have some now on it's way from Jason at Electronicstix.com He ships fast. And he promised me it's really cappuccino. He's currently having a liquid sale.
