What in the hell is wrong with Janty???!!!

I held off ordering some extra parts from them because of everything going on.

Ozrick, I wouldn't flame you! I love janty's products as well, I just don't like being ignored when I have spent so much money on a product. I'm only frustrated that I'm owed product and no word has been sent to me whether I will ever recieve it or not. I guess I will go cry all over my broken parts some more *sigh*. I guess my business is going to China, which saddens me...I think economy would be better if we kept our business with each other (not vapers in general, all of us).

I also find it disconcerting that a message was posted in defense on the forums (which probably took 30 minutes), but still no word to me (which would have taken 30 seconds). My email is empty of Janty responses once again.

JW, i just saw your banner and did some quick math... 60 cigarettes a day? jesus dude! how the hell does your throat still function. that just seems impossible to me. id pass out with vomit on my shirt after 2 packs of parliaments, let alone any kind of analog with some balls.

haha. omg, I was going to put a banner up but I was too ashamed of the numbers. I got to 60 cigs a day. Disgusting, I know. But, i work from home so it became easy to do. Thank god for these e cigs. When I saw JW's banner, I thought-- here's a guy after my own heart. BTW, my lungs still function-- I am also a certified trainer and you'd be surprised. . . I work out and then I smoke. lol.

OMG 60 a day, I know it just builds and builds, I was 1/2 a day now closer to 1 pack a day. That was scary, I couldnt imagine 3 packs a day wow!

I had a friend on another forum ask me if I really smoked 2 packs a day....truthfully...2-3 packs a day

I'm a weird bird...could smoke 3 packs a day and drink coffee all day and night and go straight to sleep.

No more analogs for me and cut WAY back on the coffee, only 2 cups in the am now...still sleeping like a log, but I wake up feeling much better

to answer another post above..I've used diet smokes before, great service, but he's out of Janty Capp. too

Personally, I like Phil's coffee from e-smokey treats, seems a tad bit more coffee-ish to me, but PS is a close 2nd for me

Argh, looks like JantyUSA is down now till Saturday. Meh! I need to find out how to return a bad battery (overheats and burns the e-juice...foulness!). Ah well, I can wait I guess. The other battery that came with my Minifogger works good.
I peeked over at Jantyshop since JantyUSA isn't working and was excited to see the "coming soon" Janty e-hookah! I hope that comes to the US too, that would be awesome.
A few people at the beginning of the thread mentioned wanting to try Janty TAB...I have a nearly-full bottle (dripped 1 Minifogger cart) of Low strength TAB I'm willing to trade for at least half a bottle of something spicy, fruity, or floral (not necessarily Janty brand) in Low or 0 nic (I'm a lightweight). I didn't know what I was getting into when I ordered the TAB and it is definitely not for me. Actually I'm not even sure if I ordered it...I ordered Oriental...is that what TAB is? Wish Janty's labels were a little less cryptic...at least my Jasmine was clearly labeled (although they sent me Low instead of the 0 nic I ordered). Anyhoo, if interested send me a PM.

only to find that it was coffee
at first..i din like it...
but.. it's starting to grow on me.
it also makes me wanna go to the bathroom..like real coffee does.

Hello, yes Janty is down from taking new orders but if you e-mail Ludo he will give you whatever return number you need to ship back the broken item you have.

I am lucky to live in fort worth, tx so Jeff lets me pick up my stuff from them directly. So I don't have to deal with shipping times. But they just recently moved again in a much bigger office/warehouse. So they will be able to handle bigger shipments...While I was there, I saw them work their butts of. I tried talkin with Jeff little bit more about the future of e-cigs. He was constantly answering emails on two pc's and couple laptops...I was there maybe one hour had a soda and they did like 50 orders ....The problem is the goods coming from china..They can't get enough as much we order...and of course these things fail so thats even more work for them,,,But believe me while I was there,,,these guys angry wives were calling them, because they are working 13-14 hours a day, and sometimes even till 4-5 in the morning. So to come to the point they are working their butts off, and please we need to give em some credit and stop bashing them with emails, becuse Jeff and his team are giving 110% for us...P.S. I am just a custumer as you, not a Janty employee, and yes sometimes I was angry at ther costumer service too, but I seen them in action and I changed my mind. these guys are commited to what they 're doing but they are not assembly line or robots.....thanx everybody

One more thing I tried all jenty juices and they are pretty good, but Parked's nicqud is bad ... especially Orange, Cappuccino, Orange and spice cake and they come in 24 mg strenght...you guys should try it. The throat hit is huge and the flavors are delicious....
