I am lucky to live in fort worth, tx so Jeff lets me pick up my stuff from them directly. So I don't have to deal with shipping times. But they just recently moved again in a much bigger office/warehouse. So they will be able to handle bigger shipments...While I was there, I saw them work their butts of. I tried talkin with Jeff little bit more about the future of e-cigs. He was constantly answering emails on two pc's and couple laptops...I was there maybe one hour had a soda and they did like 50 orders ....The problem is the goods coming from china..They can't get enough as much we order...and of course these things fail so thats even more work for them,,,But believe me while I was there,,,these guys angry wives were calling them, because they are working 13-14 hours a day, and sometimes even till 4-5 in the morning. So to come to the point they are working their butts off, and please we need to give em some credit and stop bashing them with emails, becuse Jeff and his team are giving 110% for us...P.S. I am just a custumer as you, not a Janty employee, and yes sometimes I was angry at ther costumer service too, but I seen them in action and I changed my mind. these guys are commited to what they 're doing but they are not assembly line or robots.....thanx everybody
