"Sustainable" - it's all I ever hear lately. "I love your bamboo flooring, it's beautiful and sustainable". "I won't eat red snapper, it isn't sustainable". It's overused and pretentious.

This thread is making me paranoid. I imagine we all use words or phrases that are going to make someone cringe! For the person who hates the word "pop", DON'T ever come to Chicago and stay long, it will drive you mad. (Someone probably hates the term "drives you mad")
