That sounds good to me but I don't think hubby will go for it. He says he's not picky but...pffft. Yeah, he is so!!
He'll waste an inch of steak to cut off a micorscopic piece of fat!! So no ribeye! Only pork loin chops w/o the bone. No breading or flour so of course it pops and spits like an SOB when browning it!!! We love country pork ribs (bone out) but with him being so picky about fat by the time I cut it all out I have to buy like 5 pounds worth so I have something left to cook!!! He only likes steak bbq'd and won't bbq if it's too cold, too windy, too damp, etc. Gee...working swing shift I'm glad I only really have to cook on the weekends!!!
