I hate when I'm finally discovered for the true me![]()
The provari is a magical device forged in the fires of mt wanahakalugi. It wakes up early every morning, cooks you breakfast, walks the dog and fills your tank. Its superior volts taste better than all other volts, and can even make crab juice good. If need be it can be used as a wheel chock, hammer, or baseball.
however, there's a reason I sold mine
I kind of like it. That is reason #7 that I like talking to you.
Reason 1: Oh my god, I'm talking to a real female!
Reason 2: Oh my god, I'm talking to a real female!
Reason 3: Oh my god, I'm talking to a real female!

Reason 5: Oh my god, I'm talking to a real female!
Reason 6: Oh my god, I'm talking to a real female!
And since all my ProVari use is limited to inside my home, I guess the only people I am trying to "impress" are my cats.....And boy are they impressed.....
I don't want something unique. I want something that I wont break that also is adjustable.
you do realize i'm shooting down an argument against the provari right now right?
Thank you for sharing. This is kind of funny, but one of our members has a ProVari called Sirius...
Anyway, I've never paid more than $35 for my mechs, and most are closer to $20. If you are going to buy clones, buy from the source!
hehe.. You may like this..others may not..I'm the devil sometimes.oh look, a provari thread.

mechs don't break.

edit: that's also just one of the reasons i'm all mechanical these days. mechs don't break.
hehehe. yeah, that's why I sold mine. All was great till I came home and found my old lady cheating on my with my provari
They mechs themselves may not break, but I think (and correct me if I'm wrong) that it is easier to "break" a battery or a coil when using a mech, than with a regulated device.
sounds like a battery issue (or probably an idiot issue). The same vent would have ruined a provari too. The idea is to keep your batteries from ventingThey don't? Here is the switch of a Atmomixani 69 Mod after a battery incident:

yes, you are right. subohming can stress the batteries, though not nearly as bad as some say. for example, I had a set of .32 quads in a cloud competition and they barely stressed the battery. going by full change and factoring zero voltage drop, it came out to 13 amp. realistically, it pulled 10-11 max. that's nothing on a 30 amp battery. But... its not for everyone.
And if I blow a coil, I just build another. my most expensive coil so far cost maybe 60 cents. most cost about 10. and straight dc is easier on a coil than pulsing current, a la 33.3 chips
