Ours were stained too but my wife wants white molding now.

I picked up a new tank called a horizon phantom. It's a 5ml sub tank that comes with two coils and an rba. The stock coils don't heat up well until I get over 40 watts. It's a long tank and can be filled from the bottom or the side port. I don't know that it'll ever be on a pocket mod but for at home it will be ok.

Hey snus buddies. Long time no see. This arrived from Sweden today. Lately I'm on the hard stuff.

If you haven't seen them the metal Oden's cans are AWESOME! They also actually have close to twenty portions in them, which was always my gripe with any Oden's Extreme can. 13 portions ain't getting it done.

Siberia is fun. As a hardcore nicotine aficionado the potency is kinda lost on me, but it definitely gets the job done. I highly recommend at least trying it. Definitely not for beginners though.

I really, really like the new Thunder slim white dry line, especially since Snus Central had a roll of ten on sale for $19. Frosted is well, Frosted. You like it or you don't. The Cool Mint also comes in the slim white dry format and very nice for a change. Adds some sweetness that Frosted doesn't have. Seems to get a little bitter too soon though. Hard to beat for the money overall.

Geez, I'm way out of the vaping loop. I still have a DNA 30 device and a Magma as my avatar!
I probably haven't vaped in a year, minus the occasional craving for Good Life Vapor's Deadly Sin. I keep a fully stocked E-Roll kit around just for that. Mostly just snus for me.
I like it strong and minty, although Gotbergs Rāpe and Ettan will always be something I try to keep around.

    Anybody snussing on anything interesting?

I've been sampling the General line over the last week or so. I like the mint, but it is a bit on the strong side for me so the mini mint is about perfect. I tried the Nordic Mint and it was alright, a little sweet. I also tried the White which has a little too much citrus funk for me. I need a can of original to try and then I think I'll branch out and make an order online for a few things.

My how the times have changed. :D

Big thanks to all you enablers for helping me become a snus snob. :)

Not really anything interesting under the lip here. Just some General Mint[emoji14]
My last order had a few cans of los to play with. Goteborgs Prima Fint is darned good, I might toss a can or two into my next order, but los just isn't as "user friendly" as the portions. I work assembly line and when the bell rings I better be over there working, and if I was too busy to hand bake I was up the creek.

Had my central AC unit charged yesterday, it was too cold when it was installed last November. Might be able to afford to run this high efficiency one vs the old 80's dinosaur. On that note, my natural gas bill was roughly $100 lower per month all winter with the fancy new furnace even running it a few degrees warmer. Pretty pleased with that. It also doesn't sound like a truck idling in the basement...

Had the guy give a quote on a "top of the line" water softener and whole home filtration system while he was here. Might have to get that done soon, the water is so hard here I fear washing windows as it might break them.

Sump pump is finally starting to slow down and run less, the true start of spring in Michigan most of the time haha. Gotta buy it some sort of medal or MVP trophy.

Hopefully it's running less because it's raining less and not flooding your basement like mine did when it quit. I've been meaning to buy an extra sump pump to keep at the house for when mine fails again. Either that or I'm just going to start replacing it every five years.

RWB, I've never heard of the Siberia snus. How is it?

Darn RW, you came a long way from those minis. :toast: I'm pretty boring on the snus front. Mint is primary and I've been alternating with some General XR once in a while.

You're right about the LOS. It's a home only snus in my mind and just too much trouble other than the taste is better. Unfortunately, my cans dry out before I use them up.

I did most of my run through the balance o Texas and all of Arkansas in the rain. It was mostly a drizzle, but twice it got pretty hard. The first time I had to exit and give it time to subside. The second, I was able to ride through it. My timing was pretty good too. I sensed that the weather was about to get worse and put on my rain pants. It couldn't have been more that 20 minutes and the rain started getting serious. I also got off the road and into a Best Western about 10 minutes before the skies opened up and it's still raining.

Today's going to be around a hundred miles. About the time I have to check out, the rain is supposed to subside. I've set the GPS to stop at a cycle accessory shop that is big on the net and I'm following that up with a short trip to a local Can Am shop a couple miles from the first. I want to waste and hour or so to let the rain keep moving in front of me.

Gutter's area is about 90 miles away and it's supposed to be clearing there around 2. I found another BW a few miles further along, so that will be my day. I sure hope he's home. I decided not to call ahead but since his shop is at his house, hopefully he will be.

I finally met the famous Gutter! I had him going though. I started with, "Ian, what happened to you, we haven't seen you in ages". He stood there, jaw dropping trying to figure out who this idiot is. By the look on his face, I didn't want to elongate it so I said maybe this will give you an idea and pulled out a can of snus, he was still lost, just shows how long it's been. I forget what I said next, but he finally got it.

He's gotten away from social media all together because it just got to be too much and I can understand. He had read my message on his music page but never got around to replying. He really is a great guy, but I think we knew that without ever meeting, but I'm glad I got there, it was worth the trip.

We didn't have a lot of time, he had a chiro appointment, that he would have missed had I not stopped the convo and I wanted to get settled in for a long ride tomorrow. I got a shield for the helmet and it was a good thing because once I got the 3k maintenance done, it started pouring until I finally outran the clouds. It was nice to fine a cycle shop and a Can Am dealer within 8 miles of my hotel. I really didn't want to run it over 1K past the inspection interval. Plus the quirky things that happened the day before didn't happen after I got it back.

The only thing that sucked a bit was the length of the visit.

I did let him know about the new bride. :firefox:

The job is the same. It'll be 19 years in July. The kids are doing good. My oldest is almost finished with her first year of college. She's going for a BFA in acting. My youngest just got a new violin and got a perfect score at district for her solo and is going to state competition next week.

My work has had me back logged for 7-10 days for about six months now. No shortage on stuff to fix. Sounds like you have your hands full too. We've been doing some painting and stuff at home lately so there's not much rest going on at work or home. Are you still bike riding?

    a year...already???
awww snap!!! the youngin' is getting good at the violin eh? that is awesome.Tell her to kill it at the competition!!!

that constantly being behind feeling gets real, real old after a while. i think i'm a bit better than 2 weeks out right now? i dunno man, i'm trying to not let it stress me out these days.
i am still riding - the carbon bike is in the shop right now with some wheel stuff but now that the weather has turned nice, i'm gonna shoot for a 20 to 25 mile route this season. i got fat and lazy this winter - those first couple of distance rides are gonna be brutal but i was hitting 15 to 18 miles at the end of last season so i would like to do a bit better this year.

we also redid all the plumbing in the house and redid the entire bathroom - that was an adventure. had two guys here helping and we ripped out everything from the city supply and drain back and replaced it all with cpvc and put all new fittings through the whole house, put in a new dishwasher and new roof vent boots.
the next step is to finish the shop, get all my junk out there and then start refinishing floors in the house.once that is done, it will just need a coat of paint and a slight kitchen remodel.
you getting any guitar playing in these days?

Just this week I've picked up a guitar a couple times. I went for a long time without even touching one. I got the new Joe Bonamassa cd and am really enjoying it. Maybe that motivated me.

I'm so used to bring behind at work that it barely bothers me. Unless it's an emergency then I tell everyone it's going to be a minimum of a week to even look at anything coming in. I try to give preferential treatment to warranty stuff when I can.

Yeah TV is the one that really bothers me (along with a little Axl). The way he left was cloudy and not coming back is, well, disconcerting. He was good the following Nov. because he sent me a Birthday wish via PM, but that was the last. I had his name and number, plus is father's but I haven't been able to find them. I sure hope all is well.
