That's a nice house that you had there roth. Why is she selling it? The taxes here aren't too bad as far as property but what gets me is having to pay personal property taxes on cars, boats, motorcycles, etc after already paying state, city, and real estate taxes.

Order has arrived, 2 days shipping.

Almost didn't get it today. Delivery notice said 1:45pm to 5:45pm, and they normally get here at 7pm or after, he was here at 10:40am this morning :-x. It's a good thing it was a slow day at work and I decided to take the day off at 9:30am this morning and go home. Nothing that I don't already have in the freezer, just the idea that I might have missed the delivery because he was so early.

Hitt, no idea. I haven't talked or seen her in 25 years. I actually just stumbled onto the fact that she was selling by accident. There was a post on FB on checking what your house should be worth on Zillow. I checked mine and wondered how that compared to my old house ($100k more for hers, but worth a million more to me, lol). You've got those personal property taxes in Missouri? I'd have a lot less vehicles if we had them. There's been a push to get rid of our school taxes for awhile now. Don't know if it ever will happen but I could see those pp taxes as part of the mix.

    Nice order Burnie!

I'm back to single for a month, starting to like it a lot. After three days in the hospital, they got her daughter in law somewhat under control and she was released back to her family with a promise that she'd take her meds and that all guns and knives would be removed from the household. She also agreed to a power of attorney in case she lost it again.

The sale of their house is this Tuesday and the purchase of the new one. Fingers crossed that all goes well. She insisted that my live in get a reservation on a plane Tuesday night because there was a pending EMP attack that was going to happen very soon. She was in a tizzy about it. Of course I set the flight up for today and she said the "danger" had passed. She's far from well, it's so sad.

My wife has been having migraines almost every morning for the last 2-3 weeks. I had been doing some reading on c b d and decided to stop in at a store not far from my work. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. I got her some to try. It’s a little expensive but would be worth it if it works.

It's amazing what you have to avoid so you don't violate the terms of service, considering you're talking about a legal product sold in most State in the Union. Heck, you can get it on Amazon!

When I told the story about what's happening to the woman in Washington, I left out part of the story because after her first attack, she stopped taking her medicine and was using that other stuff that's legal there but not in every State. Plus, she was using a lot of that other stuff. The hospital felt that, beside not taking what was prescribed, she may have caused the second attack by self medicating. She's supposed to have stopped and says she'll take her medicine but I have my doubts, particularly with how she's been acting.

Before I forget, I pulled out my old pressure washer because I'm preparing to stain the front deck if it ever stops raining. I've had it since I moved in here so it's ancient, but fired up right away. Had to do some work to clean out the nozzle, but it worked as good as new, in fact too good. With the old wood, it was hard to not cut into it and the nozzle just didn't adjust enough to soften the blow.

Looking for a nozzle, I found most were quick release now I ended up buying a Snow Joe electric figuring it would be easier on the deck and I'd be more likely to pull it out to wash the cars. The old one will be great for the vinyl siding when that needs cleaning, but the electric with attachments will be easier on the deck.

I had so much crud on two of the cars that I just didn't feel like washing them by hand. I did both in a matter of a couple of hours. First cleaning the majority off just pressure washing, then giving them a foamer was and pressure washer rinse. Both came out almost perfect, other than a couple spots I still failed to get.

Is that gas or electric Hitt? Yeah there are 5 tips, one of which is just for the soap dispenser. I'm impressed with the advances. The old machine will be fine for the siding, but this thing is amazing for cleaning the cars and I'm excited to try it on the deck. It has an attachment exactly for that purpose and should be a lot less abasive that the old washer. The tip on that one doesn't spread the flow nearly wide enough. I started looking for a new tip but everything was pretty much quick release at HD and they didn't have just the female end unless I bought a new wand and I wasn't sure of the fitting since I didn't take it with me. I did find a wand on Amazon with a quick release that I may be able to put on it and use the tips from the Snow Joe.

I had my second piece of actual from Sweden snus this afternoon while out and about and erranding. It was Rasberry thunder, and 20 mg and it tastes EXACTLY like English breakfast tea, and for 2 hours I didn't even want to vape, in fact ever since just vaping (the first 8 mg piece of general mint I wanted to vape non stop, in part to get that awful taste out of my mouth) but I can see that I will be proceeding with snus, most definitely. It's awesome. In fact returning home to Just Vaping was a bit disappointing but the snus did wear off for a time.

I was deeply offended to discover that the state of AZ bases its registration fees on the current blue book value of your vehicle. It just seems so unfair, because I have tons of body damage but it's always HIGHEST POSSIBLE blue book value, of course.

It's the little things, sometimes. But to go from a 15 dollar registration fee to a five hundred dollar one, it really made me want to punch the MVA staff in the face and FAR MORE SO than usual, I ALWAYS want to punch them frankly but that day was a big one.

And a huge shoutout THANK YOU to @hittman for being my snus coach and instructor and generally ALL around personally AWESOME instructor to me far above and beyond what was NECESSARY, you are the best and you guy all were, but hitman, I think you may have made the difference between my success and failure with this stuff!!!!

    Yay :)

Mine is gas and all the tips are quick connect.

The container's grey, it has a green "mint" stripe over a black background and it says 24 portions.

the first 8 mg piece of general mint I wanted to vape non stop, in part to get that awful taste out of my mouth

Was it "General Mint" or "General Wintergreen" ? General mint has "Blue" and General Wintergreen has "Green", wintergreen is nasty. JMHO

It was the mint, but frankly I think it was also just my "first taste" of snus, but I even prefer the white to the mint. I did buy a tub of wintergreen and I don't even LIKE wintergreen, I sort of bought it reflexively thinking, "It can't be worse than mint, surely, maybe it will be interesting."

I haven't opened it or tried it yet, but once I get hired I will be making a large, overseas snus order. LOL.

No, it changes every year depending on your car's depreciation which they are nice enough to figure out FOR you. It's not even a tax, although I am going to bet they tax vehicles in some way too, I just wouldn't know as every time so fat I buy a new car (it's not often, either, lemme put it that way) I am so mentally exhausted I just sign on the dotted line with no further commentary. The husband might know, I'm sure he pays attention to that stuff.

Hitt is indeed da man, and I'm so happy snuff will work, day two of UP AT FIVE to get used to my new schedule and be Totally Ready to Take the Job I Desperately want.

I am anxious given the whole jail mess, but man, if my Creator does that to me twice (even I don't think that will happen but it COULD I GUESS) well, I guess I'd be investigating the cost of drano at that point, not snus. LOL, I'm mostly kidding I can think of way better ways to go than drano, and also, I will then move on to the NEXT thing I guess.

But I for sure will not be obsessing on vaping that interview day (it's all day but I'm fine with that) and that's good, you really don't want obsession crossing your job interview poker face you just don't and everyone at that agency has been super great so far so I sort of imagine I will like them, and they will like me. Plus, no hair test, I checked that out like, immediately, LOL and my FIRST and only one ever is sealed and etc., so I don't even need a haircut. Etc.

In MI it was based on "current value" with whatever formula they had, but some years ago now they switched it to being based on original MSRP value of the vehicle. The old Monte Carlo I drove was the SS package, highest MSRP trim level, and the registration went from like $30 to $150. At least my El Camino has an MSRP of like $2200 so the registration is $18 currently.

Oh hair tests. The nurse that cut my hair for mine all those years ago butchered my flowing locks and I had to cut it all off. My wife wants me to grow it back, but nah, long hair is a pita compared to keeping it short.

Me (very drunk) new years eve 2010 before I hired in in Feb. Man I was young...

This was my first ever hair test and I had to use some non opiod aids to get through the aftermath of my denture implants, all five surgeries .I was legal, my license was on HOLD even. I in fact DISCLOSED this to HR, and they told me (I found out later it was a secretary) it would be fine, to just get a letter from my doc. I went in there totally PREPARED to fail it, but I was like, "Why cut it I have already disclosed and been told it was no problem) in the imaginary world of the HR secretary.

Why anyone would do this astounds me, but it was only AFTER I discovered these facts (that it was a secretary that said that and it was a NEW contract) that the company began behaving at all reasonably about it, and by that I mean SEALING it, and it was hard work to get to that point.

Hair tests are not a normal thing outside the forensic and legal realms and maybe Child Welfare and etc, this was my first and last ever hair test, and had I known about it would have withdrawn my application and like, immediately. LOL. In fact I offered to, several times along the way, and was ignored.

I was pretty ...... off, but the jail I spent a day in was my own particular version of the bad part of the afterlife so no big loss, just a bunch of stress.

I am not in agreement with many hairdressers that cutting your hair short is a "good look" on an "older woman" and I think they only say that once you are so done with dying, and various experimental hair processes, they want to get more money out of you.

Just my opinion of course LOL.
