Still snusing away. I was definitely using too much before and was getting nic overload, the hiccups etc. So I'm like going through a tin and a half of the white American General each week. It's usually fine (and I buy it for the below problem):

I really like some X portion or large or whatever it's called a couple times a day. I sort of need it, in a sense, like a nic bolus shot or something.

However, I have yet to discover a method that reliably doesn't result in the corners of my mouth turning this horrible shade of brown. Like, I have dentures too, so it's doubly a PITA. I mean, if I shove the snus way beck in my mouth it's great except for the lip thing. BUT if I put it up under m lip it is a) really bumpy and b) I don't get much absorption at all, as only half of it is like getting absorbed through my mucus membranes etc.. So, it's not as satisfying although it does seem to work better that way, as far as my lips..

I am seriously considering buying some super dark lipstick and lip liner but I HATE lipstick honestly. Plus, I look goth enough with my eyeliner which sort of has to happen, but I HATE lipstick and its needy maintenance, to be quite honest.

White, small portions seem to do fine (and yea, I can use two) but it's a bit frustrating honestly.... And I have a literal TON of Swedish snus (mostly stronger and only a couple white, and they seem to "bleed" more anyway and it's not like snus isn't cheap here, I just would love to use up the stuff in my freezer more.... Oh well.

Suggestions welcomed and you may not have any and that is fine. LOL.

White portions are the best IMHO for issues you've stated. They're certainly nowhere near as juicy thus less of that brown stuff hanging around in your mouth.

Can't say much about your denture thing other than that idea from my dentist as I have some molar issues- two gone on the left, one up, one down and a previously tooth that had a crown that the underlying bone has deteriorated due to perio issues. He's talking dentures or bridges, I'm thinking crown it anyway or leave it alone. lol. Dentures just don't appeal to me after reading your posts. I want skin for my snus.

It's funny how you do something to be nice and suddenly it's perceived that you're obligated to do. Glad you're over it.

I hope he enjoyed the help while it lasted because it’s over. Most of the time I help him, the dispatcher and the other driver are sitting around doing nothing. They can help him from now on.

Yup General makes a white portion that works, and I'm buying it from my local gas stations, etc.

It's just a) every now and then I want/need a nicotine boost and b) I have a TON of non white, non small portions in my freezer. Like, 108 cans. LOL. I would hate for them to go to waste.

I am so seriously considering lipstick, no kidding.

A PSA for anyone that has had shoes that the soles came loose. I had picked up a nice of Propet slip ons at one of the local thrift shops that looked nearly brand new. From the time I put them on, they became my favorite shoe for arround the house and anytime I wasn't riding a two wheeled cycle. I've had them at least two years but maybe twice as long.

When I was working on my front deck, I never thought to wear something else and the leather got destroyed on the outside but they still are my go tos around the house. Well, about a week ago, I discovered that the soul on my left one had come loose and was separated from the back to halfway down the shoe. I was devastated. I got on Amazon and looked for a solution.

Thus I found Shoe-Fix Glue Professional Grade that had great reviews. I always question this stuff because you never know but for $12 or so, I figured it was worth a shot. When it came in, I followed the instructions as best I could, held the two sides together for a minute or so (they suggested 10-45 seconds) and let them sit for a few hours. Put them on and it's like they never came apart. It's been 4 or 5 days now and still good.

If anything changes, I'll report but I have a lot of faith at this point. The small bottle is supposed to be good for up to 15 shoes but that's probably pretty optimistic. One person commented to just use Super Glue but the comment from the vendor was that this glue was formulated for flexibility and SG wasn't.

Yeah, I had a couple I threw away, wish I would have liked them as much as I liked these, I might still have them. Of course, come to think of it, that was more before my Amazon addiction.

Now when I have an issue with anything, I tend to go to Amazon first and then look around to see if I see something better. My live mouse traps have caught 6 in my shed, two in the kitchen, 1 in the basement and none in the garage. I just set my first chipmunk trap in my woodshed to see if I can decrease that population. I've been taking the mice to a pond that has a shed close by so they can find shelter and become field mice instead of house mice. I think any chipmunks I fond I'll drop off in the Boy Scout grounds where they can resettle.

I found myself buying quite a bit for Xmas this year on amazon. I might even sign up for a membership sometime.

I ended up going yesterday and ordering a new double oven range yesterday. I hope we like it as much as I think we will.

I have been on automatic membership for like 5 years, I just can't help it. The entire extended family uses my account for like, the free shipping option. I always freak out when I open it and see my order history for the month, etc., like 500 dollars worth of computer parts. Then I remember the kid pays for it. I should so use HIS card every now and then, see if he notices.

    He so would.

Yeah, I started using gift guards with my Prime memberships. You're supposedly supposed to get 2% added each time you refill. I haven't seen it and noticed when I had put in my $500th reload. Talked to them, they were going to investigate and email back to me. That was at least a week ago. Guess I'll need to contact again after Xmas.

Did Christmas Dinner with the kids and grandson yesterday, and I cooked Prime Rib. Turned out really good.

I just got a call from my oldest daughter saying that she was running late. She also said she let her boyfriend drive her somewhere in her car last night and he hit the passenger side mirror on something and broke it. She knows better than to let someone drive her car( that I bought and pay the insurance on). Anyway, I told her to go get some duct tape and tape it up so it doesn’t fly off on the highway and I’ll get the part and replace it while she’s home. However, I told her she better not let anyone drive her car again and that I expect him to pay me back just like he said he will. They can both use it as a learning experience.
