My son is fine, just not neurotypical. I have no problem with that. With him it mainly manifests in a few ways. He is VERY literal. He lives by logic and not emotion, although he does possess emotion and empathy. He has a hard time focusing on things that don't interest him and tends to hyperfocus on things that do. He is uncomfortable with changes to his routine, but as he gets older, that is getting better. At the age of ten, his problem solving skills surpass those of most adults. He is able to take pretty harsh criticism without getting upset in the least. He just hears the facts in the words, not the underlying nuances. Kind of an intersting kid.

Fun filled sunday for me. Dehydrating liver, doing laundry, and cleaning the laundry room.

Good morning. It's not over yet. In a couple months we will get her fixed and micro chipped. That'll be another couple hundred.

Ours is going on the 13th. At least the cost of the chips has gone down. The spay, however, is double what I remember it being.

Good morning. I don't remember exactly but I think the vet said it would be about two hundred. Then another 42 for the microchip. Like I said before, my parents never did any of this stuff with our pets when I was young. I don't know that they ever went to the vet. I didn't realize at first that we would be doing monthly flea/tick medicine and heart worm medicine. The vet sold me a pack of the heart worm meds that last six months. It was fairly inexpensive and he told me about the pet armour brand of flea and tick stuff that is about half the price of the name brand stuff. He said it's just as good.

I've been using it for three months and been to the vet several times and haven't seen any sign of fleas. It does go on once a month on the back of the neck. She loves to lay out in the yard so as far as I know its working. I think it was 25 for three months supply.

Hey guys. I'm curious.... why do you guys prefer snus over vaping?

Why do you prefer vaping over snus?........ just curious

Okay....... that was a bit of a snarky reply, but I stand by it. There are numerous reasons, with the first being I was unable to quit smoking with vaping.
    To much hassle
    To little satisfaction
I appear to have gotten over my oral fixation thing at about 6 mouths old

I could go on but I'll let others chime in

    Exhale,
Snus has the other components of tobacco that most eliquid does not. WTA liquid is catching up, but still not quite there. Snus fills the addiction completely, aside from the hand to mouth habit. You can use snus ANYWHERE and not have a soul notice. There is no fiddling with equipment, and no fears of dead batteries or cartos. A can of snus in your pocket is good for around 4 or 5 days of use. I have never heard of an PV battery that works for 4 or 5 days of heavy vaping before it quits. You don't worry about carrying enough batteries, access to electricity, the right charger, or if your battery will go thermal on you. There is no worry about a carto dying and if you brought a spare and the liquid to fill it. It doesn't leak. It's a lot like a pack of smokes without needing a lighter. You just grab it and go and it works every time.

Like FC said, regular liquids don't contain the minor alkaloids contained in tobacco and some of us need those to stay level. That being said, I still enjoy vaping and like snus and vaping both but if I could only have one then there is no other choice but snus. I tried hard to make it with only vaping but couldn't do it. The longer I went, the more I felt myself sinking into depression. If it wasn't for snus I'd have gone back to smoking full time again.

All I can say is, "If you're happy and you know it, pop a snus!"

I did okay with e cigs considering where I came from 43 years of smoking and a 2-3 PAD habit at the end. When I got talked into trying an e cig over three years ago that changed. I was carrying batteries and refills around plus a pack of smokes. I'd vape like crazy until I just needed a cigarette. That amounted to about 6 a day, not bad from where I came from.

Unfortunately, around month 6 my cigarette count started increasing and the hassle of charging batteries , cleaning attys and refilling cartridges started bugging me. I started talking about my frustration and found this place. It took about a month to get over the fear mongering of the tobacco fascists about smokeless but the internet was a great equalizer.

Then it was just the uncertainty of where and how to buy. I finally placed an order to Sweden after getting advice here, but finally found a place that sold Camel snus so I bought a can. Kind of sweet, but an hour or so later, I realized I hadn't thought about smoking since lipping that portion and now, 2 years 8+ months later, I still haven't had a drag on a cigarette. In that amount of time I've had maybe three urges for a smoke but a little nasal snuff usually solves that.

Now I still vape, but it's more for advertising to smokers and, since WTA, enjoyment like a fin cigar. A ml or 2 a week and I'm good to go. Not to be forgotten, a $15 to $18 day habit was reduced to around $5 per week.
