We were in the area and stopped at the tobacco shop. They only had Mint from the General line and then only 5 cans at over $6 each. They did have the new thunder red X that I picked up a can of for $6.

Not even close to Thunder raspberry. There's a mild berry flavor but it's mainly tobacco and salt. Disappointing.

Thanks for the review. Makes me glad now that I didn’t order any.

Should have took my computer home on Friday and worked from there today. We got dumped on last light and it's still coming down hard. If I had to guess, at least six inches and they're calling for another 6 to 8 by this afternoon. Might be a good day to sneak out of here early before it get's too bad. They were closing schools last night before it even started snowing so at least my boys will have the driveway cleared by the time I get home.

I'm glad you have the flexibility to either work from home or leave early. Once I'm at work, I'm stuck. I can remember only one time in 20 years that my boss let us go early more than a few minutes. He's a good guy but is a die hard workaholic.

I retired too early. Within a couple years of my retiring, people started working from home on a regular basis. Of course I was still battling connectivity issues at that point too with only Hughesnet available, but avoiding that one and a half to two hour commute (even working off rush hours) would have made working life much more bearable. I'm sure they've mastered remote meeting by now. We had them back in the stone ages but the tech they have today should make them very workable.

Arctic Vortex coming and fireplace on full blast after getting an email from Rutland. Great company! I emailed yesterday and was going to call this AM. However they got back to me before I had a chance to call. I did more last night than they said I needed and I'm good to go, full operation from here on in.

    Rub it in Doffy... :2cool:

I remember you thinking about it Hitt and figured I'd buy a can before anyone bought a roll. Glad I did, it's not unusable, but I'd definitely hate to have bought a roll.

I was sitting in the kitchen this morning seeing how fast it was coming down before making the decision to head in to work. Got about 3 inches in two hours so I'll be playing hookie today!

We have an app at work where you can ask the local UAW chairman questions directly. Folks are asking about snow day policy if the state government shuts the roads down. Our chairman proceeds to link the portion of the national agreement that when translated from lawyer speak reads "GM laws supersede state laws, we'll pay your ticket, you still need to show up."

That's a common complaint for me too Hitt . I'm a 8-12 mg snus user . I can snort superstrong snuff by the spoonful but I'm really quite sensitive to oral nicotine...especially snus .

Tried using X strong los in tiny prillas and strong minis etc but they didn't suit me at all .

It looks like my sources of snus are drying up or getting too expensive. I've been relying on Snusline for a long time any they barely have any regular strength snus available at the moment . I think I'm gonna have to make my own crockpot snus , use up the makla etc I've got in the freezer .
I've got a bunch of snusx as well for emergencies but I don't really like them much

Darn, don't know how I missed all those pictures. Looked real inviting right about now. When I got done with my day, my body ached and my feet were frozen. The electric company took down this dead 30" at the base 50 foot or so tree across the street and I worked on the easy part, the top ten feet. The rest is going to be a challenge.

Right back at it today, lake effect snow, high winds, drifting. Schools are already closing for tomorrow when the high is supposed to be 0 degrees with wind chills at 15-20 below. I'm heading home here soon because the roads are so bad that our boss told us to get out of here. Told us to stay home tomorrow as well. Been awhile since I've seen this bad and I was alive for the storm of 78.
