Hitt, I'm having a hard time understanding why PACT is affecting ecigs and liquid so greatly. I suppose that's the end of your review gigs also. To me, it appears that they have the same restrictions as the snus vendors. I realize that there's increased cost to end users with signature requirements and placing orders would become significantly more expensive for picking up a small order. What am I missing?

I suppose it will be advantageous for the B&M stores but I'm not getting why it's so hard on the vendors.

With that last spending bill that Biden signed, they tagged on a bill which bans USPS from delivering any vaping related items. Then UPS and FedEx have announced that they have decided that they won't carry any vaping related items either. These are the three main ways that vaping items are shipped which will cripple many online retailers. The reason that UPS and FedEx decided that is because of all of the red tape that they would have to go through just to deliver packages. I don't remember what all of it is but it's a lot and they figure it isn't worth the hassle. So in essence they have banned the sale of vaping items besides for B&M stores. Several vendors have said that they are hopeful to find a different carrier for their items but who knows if it will happen. The thing I don't understand is that snus is delivered from sweden by UPS so what's the difference in carrying vaping items from other countries? I don't know if anyone really knows if we will be able to get things shipped from overseas. Most people think it's a crap shoot whether stuff will make it through customs. On top of all that, the PMTA crack down will start I believe this fall so a lot of things may go off the market if they aren't approved by the FDA.

Yes, those items are used for other things. I read this morning that Bull City Flavors, who I order from frequently, said that they have confirmed that they will be fine to continue shipping. They don't sell nicotine or hardware. They changed their name a few years ago when they saw the writing on the wall from bull city vapors to bull city flavors.

It makes me wonder if local brick and mortars can continue to operate. I haven't dug into it besides knowing I won't be able to order stuff anymore, which is a shame.

I think some might survive for a while. The vape mail ban is just the first nail in the coffin. The second is when the PMTA stuff takes affect. From what little I've read, there is still a lot of red tape. It was my understanding that as long as B&M stores register and follow the guidelines then they can continue to operate. Who knows what is going to be left on the market after the PMTA takes affect. At least for US residents. I saw someone posted that the WHO wants all the countries to ban open system vape devices. Now that would just be crazy in my opinion.

Yeah that's nuts. It baffles me that despite all the evidence of harm reduction it's being treated like the most dangerous thing.

I didn't think it would go mostly unregulated forever, but damn.

I just ordered 3 Smok Nord 2s and extra stuff after calculating my life expectancy. I should be good one way or the other even if I have to eventually return to wrapping my own coils and going back to the big ugly ancestors of the vaping world.

I'm hoping that the nicotine in my freezer stays good as most people think it will. I bought enough to last the rest of my life in theory but who knows if it will stay good that long. I have to hope at some point things will be available again but who knows.

Wish I was in the market but I have plenty and need to get on some of the non-mint rolls I have stocked up. I just always go for the mint.

I did buy three Smok Nord 2s plus some parts and they came in today. I'm going to go on the basis that my supply will get me to my expire date or I'll just quit.

I try to buy enough of any stock at a bit over $20k. Here two weeks later it would be worth over $100k at $260 a share. It should fall back over the next several days. Maybe I can catch the next wave.

I'm going to take inventory of what's in my freezer tonight. I think I might still have quite a bit of general mint left after getting three rolls on my last order. I wonder if the sommersnus is available yet. It would be nice to finally get a roll of that. I hate to miss out on a deal but if I have too much still in the freezer then I may have to wait until the next time the mint is on sale.

I checked last night and have six rolls of mint in the freezer and about half a roll of jakobsson along with some other kinds. I really only need the jakobsson so I’m not sure if I’ll order or not. My other problem is with as much nic as I’ve stocked in my mini freezer, I’m about out of room for more snus.
