If they found that vaping was worse for you than smoking cigarettes would you go back to them? I don't think I would I like not smelling like smoke and I enjoy a quick stealth vape at work. But I don't know if I would quit vaping all together either.
What would you do?

I'm still addicted. My goal this year is to come down from 6mg. If vaping were taken away, I could possibly start smoking again :( Should it be found more dangerous (unlikely, but I'll play the hypothetical game) I would continue vaping, but continue to work towards breaking my reliance on it. I think we all know that doesn't work with cigarettes.

No, I LIKE not smelling like a dirty ashtray, and I also like tasting things that don't taste like dirty ashtrays. I smoked for 39 yrs knowing it was HORRIBLE for me; I started vaping because I was tired of freezing my .... off outside.

But it ain't gonna happen -- I agree with whoever said they had a better chance of winning the lottery, than of e-cigs being worse than cigarettes. And anyone who thinks they are, is quite obviously DEMENTED.

I've smoked 21 years and when I started I knew that they kill. I watched my aunt next door die of lung cancer and I still started smoking. I had friends and family die of overdose from a certain drug yet I still became a addict to it. So I'm pretty sure I'd continue vaping because I'm fully aware of my hard headedness unfortunately

I'd quit vaping if it was proven to be worse for me than smoking tobacco cigarettes. I found it was easy to quit tobacco with e-cigs and find that it's actually quite easy to put down my mod for several days at a time even though I still use 12mg Nic. Where as with traditional cig's I would smoke all day long, with vaping I find it pleasant if I'd had an alcoholic beverage but no longer have any feelings of need to vape after a meal, or before bed or when waking up in the AM like I use to with tobacco cigs.

However, it's EXTREMELY unlikely that I'll ever go back to smoking tobacco cigs again, I just really really enjoy being able to put my hands near my face during the day and not stink of stale tobacco, and walking into my closet at home and not smelling the rank smell of stale tobacco on everything I own, and not having to wash down the white painted walls in my home because they've turned yellow from smoking. So, Nope I'd not go back to smoking tobacco even if I felt I had to quit vaping.

I smoked tobacco cigs for over 30 years and really don't have the desire to ever go back to them again. Now I stand in line at the grocery store and there's only one kind of person that I find it acceptable to smell like smoke, when I'm standing behind the blue-haired 89 year old grandmother that smells like a combination of Rose water and tobacco. For some reason it doesn't bother me, but when I'm behind anybody else and they stink like tobacco I'm just thankful that I don't stink like that anymore.

I'm hoping not to get sick and die because of over four decades of smoking, which I quit this year. That may be naive and over-optimistic. But if it turned out that vaping was worse for me, I would only have four months of that under my belt and could give it up in a heartbeat. I don't plan to take up something else as a permanent hobby that could possibly also make me get sick and die in a different way.

After four months of vaping,I am now considering going back to smoking.I have two mods and 3 tanks BVC and BDC and one Kayfun,I have tried juice after juice at least 200 dollars worth, listened to many you tube reviews about great taste,"great taste",there lies the problem, nothing taste good at all,a total disappointment to me,I also build my own coils,I've tried everthing, still it's like sucking chemicals.

I broke down and bought a pack of cigarettes on Tuesday in a moment of extreme stress. And I had my vape with me! I've rediscovered that vaping still tastes better than smoking and the tiny stress relief that a cigarette might provide only lasts until I put it out. They taste revolting and they stink. It's true. I have no idea if I'll smoke the rest of the pack but I do prefer vaping even though it's more trouble than lighting a cigarette.

I hate to hear that.

Maybe your taste buds are a bit slow to heal... have you looked into vapers tongue remedies?
