Hey, these threads show up on the "New Posts". I look at the subject matter to see if I want to read it. I don't look at the dang forum its in. Not that it should matter but I have learned some people get sensitive about speaking of competitor products. They act like I'm taking their firstborn from them. :) So it's not worth it to me.

No S.I. version of the T3 yet. Some of us have got the eGo version.

Hey Bronze. Sorry if what i said to you earlier sounded bad. It didn't occur to me that you didn't know which forum you were in.

A short confession then back on topic….
(Head bowed, hands clasped) I have strayed my friends and have been caught with a T3 on a Twist. My cat-like curiosity just got the best of me. To make amends I’m vaping my Volt 78 with a CE3 while posting here though

These T3’s are just amazing. Far better than the old X2 Clearo’s. The fit and finish is excellent, absolutely no leaking, no dry hits, a lot of vapor and great flavor, easy to fill, no fuss……

A combination of CE3’s on my 78’s and T3 on my larger batteries is just about the perfect system for me.
I hope that SI gets their 808-T3’s soon. I’m sure you all will love them.

This is also how I navigate the forums. I never look at which subforums they are in. I just click on stuff that interests me. I only use "new posts" and "my posts."

Ok. I was just making sure before I open my mouth. I have 10 of them coming from a co-op. This is why I originally clicked on the post. I am glad to hear all the good feedback from them. There seems to be a lot of it. Thats all I saw before I ordered. After I ordered, I started noticing some reports of dry hits and the inability to keep up with chain vaping. But now I feel even more confident they will be fine.

I was getting a burnt taste sometimes with the coil I started using last week. Here's what I found. There's a cup shaped seal right above the wicks that can somehow block the liquid flow to the wicks. I lifted the rubber cup seal up and off of the coil post. Then I flipped it upside down and put it back on the coil. This keeps the lip of the cup seal away from the wicks. I haven't had any burnt hits since.

Interesting. Any leakers attributable to the seal flip? My 4 week old head is going strong w/o problems. But I tried a brand new head from a different supplier and instaburn. Even after flushing out the head with hot water prior to initial use. I always measure coil resistance prior to using a new device and the new head measures within .1 ohms of the 4 week old one. Same juice, same batt. So I'm at a loss to explain the burning. I'm letting the tank sit right now so the new wicks can absorb the juice. We'll see if that has any effect.

No leaks. The rubber cup still seals the joint between the tank air tube and the coil assembly. After you flip it upside down, the cup seal stays on the tank air tube.

No leaks after extended use and I have 3 in service.
