I'm kinda surprised that the kids dont think t hey're neat. I mean the ones who smoke already, i totally get why the non smokers think its odd or weird but are glad for its side effects.
For me, i think Totaly Wickeds design is kick ...., and i think you'd be hard pressed to find a male teen who didnt agree. the little devil on it, very neay. I think a female teen would like the colors available from healthcabin in the 510, personally. I also think the truesmokers.com designs of dragon and pheonix are very neat and would deffinately appeal to a younger crowd who is already smoking.
Personally - if *I* had a child in their teens who was smoking, (and lets be realistic, teens arent gonna quit because you demand it. Aside from the "rep" they have to keep up, they're just as addicted as the adults are.) I would buy my child an e-cig, with flavors, in the design of his or her choice, just to keep them off of anologs. thats me, and i know its kinda odd. But franly i'd rather them be healthy then smoking analogs. you know? I watched my grandmother die after heart failure, and a lot of folks dont realize it but the lungs are what actually does the deed. her lungs filled with fluid slowly, then she asperated one day (she had a stroke during her surgery and ended up paralized, so asperating was something we knew would happen eventually, we just didnt expect it to take her out in less then 10 hours.) It's an aweful death, very frightening, and i thank god for the emt's who played hospice care for us when my gram passed because they made it so much gentler. Its very similar to emphasema. This whole thing of ecigs are so much better then anything you could get in analog smokes, healthy, tastes good, no bad smell, etc etc etc.
Now, i should mention that I am a 28 year old woman who has no children currently, but still, i dont think after having kids i'd change my perception of what i would do if faced with a choice of my child smoke analog or making vapping available. I'd choose the vapping every time.
:shrugs: My two cents.
