What do the blue LED Lights of XTAR MC2 PLUS Micro USB Li-ion Battery Charger Indicative of? Been looking everywhere for an answer.

There is an explanation for the screen meaning on the MC2 PLUS manual. Blue light flashing: charging/activating. Full lighting: fully charged. Full lighting and flashing: polarity reversed/short circuit.

Just got my new Nautilus Mini Fri. Aug 15, 2020 & Wondering What A Mistake, as I cant disassemble to wash it. Found same PROBLEM in out dated thread you posted in. I could sure use experiences support. I managed to loosen from the bottom, the center tubing. Does that top dome unscrew off? Thanks
