Good Morning Everyone. Tendinitis in right forearm has gotten to the point where I've cashed in my remaining Vacation time to take the next 10 days off. Even typing is becoming painful'
Still thinking of you guys and gals....

Have a Safe and Blessed Day :)

Get one of those bands you put around your forearm Pop. It keeps you from aggravating the area more. Your drug store will have them.

Papaw, sorry to hear about your tendonitis. I have been plagued by tendonitis too. I got a frozen shoulder from it, which really stunk. It is better now, but I still don't have full range of motion. The doctor wanted me to have physical therapy, but I couldn't afford that. I did get a shot in the arm, and it helped tremendously. You may have to do the same. A rheumatologist is the best one to deal with this kind of thing.

One thing good about Thailand (or at least this part of Thailand) is that the temps rarely get over 90˚. The humidity is the killer, though. Right now it's 84˚F with humidity at 74% at 2:30 AM. Their expecting 93˚ on Monday with chance of rain so humidity will be up temps will actually go down as it's raining.

Sounds like South Florida. Although the humidity can make it feel like 100+, the actual mercury rarely goes above 90, and at night it cools down to 75 or so (at least here on the Treasure Coast). Summers are actually more tolerable here than they were sometimes in KCMO, where the mercury could soar to 115 for days on end, and the nightime "cool" was over 85 degrees. (New Orleans sounds even wore, though: gills indeed!)

I have for decades now paid for an "ESA" Agreement with the HVAC company of my choice -- it includes twice-yearly check-ups/tune-ups, AND (most importantly) puts me at the very head of the line in the event of a heating/cooling failure. At well under $150/year, I have found this type of deal to be WELL worth the money! :)

I agree with Ed - that's the sort of thing that I was referring to the other day with the "mechanical brace" - basically a wrap/band in the first aid section at your local drugstore. They have them for feet, knees elbows the usual. I used one when I did a number on the palm and wrist of my hand and it was like magic and much more effective than any amount of painkillers. Get wellest soonest Brett!

Do you guys know what age verification software HHV is using? Seeing people that don't like Blue Check for some reason or another (doesn't much matter to me) looking for a new juice vendor and I wanted to steer them to HHV but wasn't sure what they were using now. Still waiting to place my sale order so I'm not sure.

They're not using one yet. And they have 10% off till the 15th. Code is at the top of the page.

Retic and BK...looks like y'all are getting a strong storm. I think that is the one headed our way. It is bone dry here. From Saturday till Tues we are supposed to get rain, with a moderate chance of flooding. Flooding in August, I hope not. I don't recall it ever doing that here in the summer. (spring or fall yes...summer...no)
I hope it isn't as strong as they say. Well we are predicted to have 100 degrees for a high today, with a real feel of 116. Tomorrow there is going to be some significant cooling...thank goodness for that. I am maxed out on the heat for the rest of the year already.

I have noticed as I age my tolerance for heat has lessened. I'm at a point now where I'm a wuss when it comes to heat and humidity. I NEVER used the AC in my truck until just a few years ago. My truck is 23 years old and this might explain why the AC still works great.

BK, I just looked at the news. This is horrible. I hope you guys are okay. We have rain coming from the west, and east. I am about to hit panic mode. I just read about lots of flooding in Louisiana. Good grief, I feel like a deer with oncoming headlights right now. We have rain chances for a solid week too. Now the storms are being pushed from the north straight down, weird. Usually we get rain from the west.

flooding is a normal everyday thing here when ever it rains... ( we do live in a bowl)
the French Quarter was the only livable spot before pumps were invented... everything else around was a swamp...
once the pumps were put into place and the swamps drained, the city got bigger... do a Google map top down view ( satellite) and you can see a distinct line where swamp verses "livable" area is defined... especially west of Kenner... ;)
