The Rose v2 by Eden Mods Build Tutorial
I have found the Rose v2 to be a very versatile atomizer. A variety of builds have all given me remarkable results on flavor. My go to coil for three of these builds is a 7wrap, 28g on 5/64" bit(s). However, the slots in the ceramic cup are smaller than that so I use 1/16" bits or small Allen keys when setting my coils.
The first build is commonly known as the single coil, diagonal build. First, set the coil lining it up from the bottom wick slot of one side to top wick slot of the other side. Holding your coil in place with the 1/16" bit, trim the legs to about 5mm length from the bottom of the cup. You want your coil mounted above the air tube, or it will short if it touches it. I keep the bit in place until my coil is secured by the grub screws. I find a slightly spaced coil works a little better in the Rose than a tightly compressed one.
Run a long piece of wick diagonally through your coil.
Fold each wick end back over and run them through the other two slots. I use a straight precision screwdriver to aid me.
Now, depending on how well your wick fills the last slots, you may be able to trim the ends against the outside of the cup. If they are skimpy, you will need to fold them back over themselves and trim against the inside of the cup.
A view from the side. This photo is how any of these 4 builds should look from the side.
For a dual coil build, I use two of the same coils as for the single, diagonal build. I twist the legs together before putting them in the cup for mounting.
Mounted in the cup and legs trimmed to 5mm.
Mounted in the base with wicks. Remember to trim your wicks against the outside of the cup as on the first build.
The vertical coil build. I have experimented with various coil diameters on the vertical build, but also prefer the 5/64" coil on this build as well. It is very important on the vertical coil to put the top (long) leg into the positive (larger hole grub screw), and the bottom (shorter) leg into the negative post. This will prevent it from shorting on the air tube.

The coil mounted.
Run wick around each side of the coil through the slots.
Trim your wicks against the outside of the cup. Cut two tiny pieces from your scrap and use them to gently cover the coil leads.
The final build involves a 7/64" diameter coil where I've split the wick to run it through all four slots. Your final step will be to trim your wicks against the outside of the cup.
