    Tempted to run a DNA40 with a 18500

I have some purple Efests that are not getting used, and while a VTC5 lasts me ~24 hours @2ml and @15W, I'm thinking I could get 6-8 hours (lets say a day of work) from a 18500. Is anyone running within these parameters or close to them, and/or be willing to voice their opinion? Thanks!

    Bells & Studs & Stuff

For anyone who has seen my previous mods, this might look quite familiar, but with a few subtle changes: From the side there are some other differences: And from the bottom and other side: With the bottom cap removed: More parts removed: Sliding the chip out on it's rails...

Wood Ok to post a wood mod here?

It seems no one has trusted to post a wooden mod in this sub forum, so I'd like to suggest here that anyone that has a wood mod, please add some pics. I've got one that hopefully I can add here tomorrow, unless there are any objections. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Topvapor 30ml needletip bottles: Request for bottle option

I noticed the bottles on my last batch of juice changed from the traditional drip top to a slightly longer needle tip which makes an easy job of filling a device, and are just a bit longer which is all good, BUT When I received the liquid, one or more of the six bottles wasn't sealed all the...

    Wood and Brass Pipe

18500, booster pod, and my usual parts. Fits very nice in the hand, vapes great and looks more accessible than some mods. I was completing the ground with two runs of bare 1mm copper wire, but now it is cleaned up. Pics:

Any idea what this lathe might be worth?

I stumbled upon this in the basement at work the other day, it's old slightly rusty and missing parts, especially the chuck. The motor seems to be there but I have no idea if it runs. It's semi abandoned and covered by junk that is one step away from the trash. The parts I could reach worked...

    Brass Boots

Announcing the Summer 2014 Collection in..... Brass: Big thanks to Tourlounette for motivating me to do this, the first one is detailed in his Transformer thread, and the second one is here because who wants only one boot? :D

    30 Penny Pipe

That is the exact capacity of the body of this pipe, not a penny more, not a penny less: As for new purchases made to complete this pipe, it is $0.30 too much, just stuff I had on hand. A length of 13/16" OD brass tube and a turned down 3/8" brass nipple form the main body: The three...

    Mini toolkit case ideas

So here I sit at the in-laws on boxing day and have spent the last few days mulling over life's larger problems. Namely, I could use a decent travel case for vaping tools. I've got a selection of favorite instruments, mini pliers, small screwdriver, needles, syringe, tweezers and various odds...

    Some wood mods

Making a handful of bodies with of course Brass ends and spines: curly maple, pacific madrone and wenge. 18500 and 18650 pictured. Cheers

    Brass Bantam

'Little chicken' or 'Small but aggressive', take your pick. On a whim I decided to buy 2M of 12mm plexiglass tubing, 15mm is my usual and I've done some 10mm too, so something midrange sounded nice. For the 18350, the tube is 13/16" (3/4" ID) and for the atty side I didn't have anything...

    Brass Barrels

Lots of brass, lots of barrels, nothing fancy, just a 18650 mechanical mod and some fun: Blunderbuss mode: 13 barrel minigun mode: Vents and buttons: Rotational control center: Thanks to bapgood and gravewolf for the inspiration, and Gummybear for a Gummy Tank part that fit just...

Does this look too modded for a plane?

Hey guys, I'm going to fly soon and most all of my stuff doesn't look like something to take on a plane, so I've been taking a couple of ego batts with cones and cartos turned into genisis atties, but am thinking of an ego batt with the ring and a g-tank with a ghost protocol top. Like this, but...

Brass Bikini, Booster & Beast v2

This started as a single mod with convertible tubing for a different battery choice but grew to three full fledged mods, two newly built and my original Brass Booster (the first) overhauled in many respects. Features: 5/8" and 13/16" (20.6mm OD, 19.05mm ID) brass tubing for bodies magnetic...

    Top Vapor Size and Strength

Hi Hoog, I was hoping to try some new flavors, but was surprised to see that for smaller than 50ml quantities the strength selection jumps from 16mg to 36mg. I am very happy with 24mg strength but 50ml is a bit big for me to try something out (30ml is my ideal LOL). If I place and order and make...

Still Simple Switch With Opposing Magnets and Safety

Made with mostly familiar parts after looking at some telegraph switches for a historical perspective. Slight difference being if you hear the clicky sound, the safety is on, it is rather quiet in fire mode. 3mm silver plated barrel clasps for the contacts:

    Brass Bat

Some of you might remember this from a while back, but I've made some changes along the way to economize space and function. With Dan's Micro-G: Exploded view: This all works fine and good, but the tank holds .8ml and only uses half of the mod's tube, plus the 510 connector takes up space...

    Brass Bentwick

Similar to the Bathyscaphe, yet different in many details. A complete lack of editing on my part, most important is that it does this: :vapor: With 510 15mm 2ml genisis: Front view: Switch close-up, fire mode: Safety ring rotated: Profile: Vent grill with system light: Subtle...

    Brass Bathyscaphe

To start the year off right, I'm happy to present a pipe mod, made from a redundant radiator pressure valve which I've thought of using for months and getting it functional but not quite 'done' took only 3 hours, the rest was just fun. It's running a 18350 IMR and a 04050CAH booster with the...

    Brass Bambino

Small but packs a punch. :vapor: Brass with bamboo but smaller, this time a 14500 AW IMR and a ptn04050CAS with 100µf 25v caps tucked behind the board. Two 5/8" holes and much better symmetry in the body. Rounder too. The genisis protrudes a fair amount more and has a tank with only 2.1ml as...
