Congratulations on quitting! I am new to vaping and am currently dual using - still about 10 cigs a day - but down from 25/30. Quitting is damn hard, it is amazing that you did it so quickly - at least amazing to me.
Don't sweat it you'll get there eventually :p we all quit at a different rate,i myself dual used for the first week before quitting entirely. Don't worry about it and do it at the rythm you're most okay with :) and keep in mind this motto :
Every cig you don't smoke is a win every vape you take instead of smoking is like a jackpot !
going from 25-30 to 10 is amazing imo so i'll say to you : you've got this !!!

:toast::vapor: Congrats on the milestone, may you enjoy many others on your journey! The first month was a big one for me, I remember feeling a sense of accomplishment, and realized that vaping was actually going to work for me when I hit that point. Keep on keepin' on :thumb::cool:

Congratulations, keep up the fantastic work! I am about 5 weeks into it, and did the same thing as you did, walked into the vape shop and that was it. At 4 weeks I had 2 mods and 4 tanks and broke the glass to one. I ordered 4 more tanks and one mod with tank.

The first thing I noticed was the coughing became less and then went away. I DIY and have 3 recipes that I am totally addicted to the taste and they are what got me through the rough spots. I don't want to go back to the first month and the ups and downs again.

I love to hear success stores, thank you!
