I might be interested but have questions. What is the shelf life? I already have enough premixed stuff and want to get through it first.

I was concerned about that, too. I think nobody really knows for sure, but I was hoping it might be a bit longer than the 2-year guesstimate for flavored juice since it (duh) doesn't have flavor in it. I think I'm gonna seal mine up well and stick the date on it and try not to even open the bottles until some of my other stuff has been used.

We are well exceeding the last co-op already!
I don't want it to get out of control. I will leave the payment due date the same just close down to any more orders.
