i love the 510, i used several types before but this is the one for me.
Just thought I'd throw in this mix that when the rest of the 510 batteries die, they'll be replaced with manual 401's. They didn't used to be available and the only thing I didn't like about the 401 was the auto batteries. My 510 works as well as any, but the 401 kicks it around and leaves it a crumpled pile when compared in the taste equation& you probably won't ever again.
As far as 510s go as Public Enemy said....
"Don't believe the hype"

Well I ain't buying the higher volts more flavor stuff. Just like TWISTED said the M401 has flavor and fully charged is only at 3V.Twisted, good to see ya, Bro! I thought you only hung out on the Nic forum.
I just don't get it. I'm struggling to find an e-cig that will give me enough relief to keep me off analogs.
But the reviews I read ... 510's are the best, 901's are great, 801's @ 5 volts produce the greatest flavor ... on and on it goes. But I keep buying the stuff, and draw a zero.
I recieved my first 801 5-volt passthrough today. According to the reviews, it's supposed to produce great flavor. My experience, even with HV Drew juice, NOTHING.
510's, no flavor and no satisfaction.
901's, no flavor and no satisfaction.
801's, add to the list.
Rick.
How do I spell pathgetic? I spell it "510".
Rick G. House.
Have you tried a normal 801? Have you tried some 36mg juice?

I agree, Willy. High voltage is great vapor, but also destroys more nic at the atty. I vape for the nicotine. Best to use large mah batteries at 3.7-4.2v........I'd imagine someone will disagree......Well I ain't buying the higher volts more flavor stuff. Just like TWISTED said the M401 has flavor and fully charged is only at 3V.

I tend ta mispel evrythig sos nobode specs mutch frum meTo all the folks who pulled rickghouse up on the spelling of "pathgetic" aside from the fact that it's spelled correctly in the thread title (so he obviously knows how to spell it) have you not noticed the close proximity of H & G on a PC keyboard?
Never had a typo of your own?
It was mildly funny the first time he was pulled up on it, but how many times do we need to repeat it????

I wonder where you bought your 510.
Sorry to say after getting my vk I don't touch the 510 anymore. It is superior on most levels in my mind.
GEEZE, rick...edit, edit, here before the grammer police catch you.....hurry.....for humanity's sake hurry!!!That's exactly the same thing that I experienced. By VK, I assume you are referring to the Vapor King KR808D-1?
I find it far superior, and the only one so far that delivers flavor.
I really didn't want a 2-piece, but it looks like I'm forced into it.
Rick.
Is this some fancy true 5V PT? The reason I ask is because an 801 on a battery runs at much less than that. No, I haven't tried a normal 801, but I'm so disillusioned with my pass-through at zero flavor, that I can't get excited about trying it...
Rick.
I got mine from RMV. Does anyone know how they rate for 510 atty quality?
