I never got anything close to what I'd call a hot vape from the Target tank with either cCell when they were new, nor with the revived Ni200 cCell on another Mod. When the two cCells were new, I only used them on the Target Mod and I did not use the Kanthal cCell at 35W. I have been using the revived Ni200 cCell on an iStick TC Mod and it is still working pretty good. I've had it set to 30W and 500°F for two days now, and it is lasting longer than it did on the 75VTC Mod.
VW Mode with the Kanthal cCell on the Target Mod was much better than the Ni200 cCell, which I used first. Both were inconsistent, but the Ni200 was much more inconsistent. I attribute that to the Sample Mod. In TC Mode, the 75VTC got to where I could actually hear and feel it "pulsing" in about 0.5 second intervals... kind of like breathing in and out, as the Temp varied. There was something of a two-tone swooshing sound to it. I am not getting that now after reviving it and using it on the iStick TC Mod.
It is more consistent on the iStick, but the regulation drops out as the battery charge gets low. So I find myself replacing the battery with a fresh one at 1/4 to 1/8 charge. This may be the inconsistency I detect on the Ni200 cCell. And this is why I'm trying so hard to revive the Kanthal Cell.
I am trying to revive the Kanthal Ceramic Cell with it removed from the cCell so I can reinstall it to try VW Mode with it on another Mod. I'm trying to find what is good and what is not so good. I let it soak in PGA for two days and boiled it for a timed 10 minutes. It was still not white, so I kept it boiling for another timed 10 minutes. It was still not clean, so I put it back in PGA to soak again. But this cCell was Dry Burned a good bit (I figured I had nothing to lose at the time), so it may not recover well enough to get all the black marks out. There are blackened dots around the middle on the outside. The dots are darkest where the three juices holes are in the Inner Chamber.
All of the Kits and tanks that are being given away will be Samples, by what I was told. You can tell by the colors, buttons, and o-rings. I'm starting to get the impression that vaporesso is using Heaven Gifts (and anyone else they have given Samples to) for Testing to get Feedback. My Mod wasn't right either, but I did not have the problems @cooladdict is experiencing. What my 75VTC Mod did in TC Mode was more of an inconsistency in maintaining a Temperature. It also ruined a TC build in a SubTank Mini in short time.
The Watts cannot be set in TC Mode, so it is automatically set to 75W, and the Wattage is varied to maintain the set Temp (from what I can tell). You will see both the Temp and Watts vary if you press the Fire button and watch. With mine set to 500°F, the displayed Temp stays around 500°F and the Watts go up and down to maintain it. The adjustments are made quickly, too. I have not seen it display "Protected" yet, but I've seen the Temp go down to 1°F. Mine gets up to Temp pretty fast (no long wait or ramping up), but if I draw harder, I can feel the Wattage kicking in more often to heat the coil. The vapor is more flavorful, it is thicker, and warmer. On the iStick, I have it set so I don't have to draw so hard.
I only have 3 TC Mods, each a different brand and chip, including the Vaporesso, and none of them work the same. Each manufacturer has their own way of controlling the Temperature, with some better than others. This is why I am looking forward to getting a Full Production version of the 75VTC Kit, which will be the Mod, the Tank, and the two types of cCells. It's really not fair to compare a Sample to other Full Production Mods. Vaporesso has obviously made changes since the Samples were made... even if nothing except the Colors, but I anticipate that improvements are delaying the Release.
I pitched my idea of an RBA that can accept Ceramic Cells. I hope they will consider that. It would also be great to get a more traditional RBA for this Tank.

Evan got right back to me and asked me to do a video of what I am experiencing, which I will do tomorrow. I think they want to see what the end user is experiencing. All I can really do is show them the screen and talk about how the vapor is after a hit, then do the same thing with the other mods that will take a nickle coil, so I hope it helps them.
I have the mod set at 560 now but it will still got up past that a little bit (569 seems to be the highest from what I can see while vaping, lol) but it drops dramatically and fluctuates greatly. My wattage only varies between 8 and 11 watts, which is what I believe to be the problem. If I was able to set the wattage I would definitely set it higher than 11 watts!
