You should be able to get it tight. Neither of mine are spinning anymore since I put a little muscle into it, lol. I grabbed both pieces above and below the glass and twisted them until everything was snug and I still have no problem taking it apart when I need to fill it. The threads seem to be able to handle it fine.

I'll try that now. I'm not a huge fan of vape bands.

That's a pretty awesome workaround, though! I don't know that I would have thought to try vape bands, lol.

I only thought of it because I keep one on my TFV4 around the top to help keep a vaccuum on my RBA decks. I can't take credit for it. Read it on here somewhere.

I would probably pick a different tank. The tank is the only weak spot in the kit in my opinion. It's small, no top fill, and the glass is really loose when assembled. Loose enough I can spin it freely. I think it may have been preventing a good vacuum, too. I would get a pretty weak hit every so often, so I put a vape band around the bottom of the glass on the glass and the metal, and it seems to be doing much more consistently now.

Ive heard only good things about it though, so do you mean pick a different tank, with the cCell coil?

The coil is really the only exciting thing about the tank (to me) so I have no issues just getting a compatible tank and buying the cCell coils if that would work and give just as good a vape.

Any recommendations on compatible tanks?

A shame because I liked my Melo 2 when I was using it. I would recommend something with top fill for sure. I haven't been vaping long, so I don't know many products that will take the Atlantis or Triton coils.

JungleGeorge said they work well in the Anyvape Fury tank, and I can verify that it works well in the Heatvape Ecotank.

Nah... I know who has it. My boss picked it up. She offered to return it, but I swiped a Herakles to replace it. I can get it back another day... or get something else... eyeing a Sapphire V2 right now...

so we sent back 1 out of are 3 Targets first 2 came from longhorn vape. We ordered it 3 weeks before Xmass. They were the best price i could find in the SS kit, we liked them so much we ordered 1 more from Vapenw in rose gold after the new yr. the tank is cut a little bit different but hardly noticeable. The one that went back had the screen glich and would get hot. We were using the Samsung 25r. I want another one target but giving it a bit to see if something like a V2 or updated one comes out. I'm using a rx200 and the 2nd kit I gave my mom to help her get off her Pallmall .... sticks. When I do get a new one I will more then likely run the cCell in a Triton 2 tank.

my herk. plus sucked all it ever did was spit hot juice in my mouth. It iterated my mouth so bad i quit vaping for a day. the worst thing is i ordered 3 for other people. They are having issues too. This was a herk. plus and uses same profile but shorter coil then the herk 1 or the cCell.

Glad I went with the TFV4, then.
