The cCells seem to be more efficient at producing vapor and flavor, and that would mean that they are probably more efficient at nicotine delivery. So you'd be getting more nicotine with a cCell than the other options you mentioned.

It's only 33 watts. From what I understand it's okay to vape in wattage mode on a TC device. I just don't go very high with the wattage.
Is the second coil the nickle one? You might try turning the temperature and wattage down and slowly increasing them until you get to the vape you want. These coils do recover from a burnt hit, so that taste should go away once you have your settings optimized for it. At least on the new one. The original one might need to be cleaned. I cleaned mine by putting it in a bowl of warm water with a denture cleaning tablet overnight, then dropping it into a mug of boiling water from the microwave and letting it sit for a few hours. The ceramic stayed dark but the flavor and vapor production came back strong after cleaning. Someone else here said they cleaned theirs in hydrogen peroxide and that even bleached the ceramic back out but it dissolved the cotton padding around the ceramic. I hope you can get it dialed in where you want it. It's a bummer when you are expecting outstanding flavor and you get burnt!

These coils really do recover from a burnt hit quite nicely, don't they? I accidentally vaped my tank dry once (YUCK!) and got a nasty hot hit but the coil did recover. I, however, have been veeeeery careful to not let that happen again, lol!
