I have the Nanos and find them easy to build I have SS Fused Clapton Dual core 24/32 5 wraps at 3.5mm in them with no problem. While it's not the biggest coil, it is a decent size and yes it is built close to the posts and yes it does hold 5 ml of e liquid. I prefer RDTAs and RDAs but the Nano is a pretty decent rta. I have 2 nanos and 2 regular engines. I like the build decks on both. They may not be perfect but are close enough for me and quite a few others. Good luck in your search for something better that does not leak.

I find 4mm Clapton coil is too big for Nano's deck (though can still fit). It took me quite sometime, eventually learn from someone in this forum that coil has to be positioned very close to the post in order to get blew by its airflow... To me this means NOT easy in positioning the coil.

Nano is a well designed tank however not without some obvious weakness. Example, it is rather difficult to re-wick when you still have quite an amount of juice in the tank.

Darn it, Quick! Where have you been all those years. I haven't seen you since we burned our last carto in the Dangerous thread. :D
I just decided to try RTAs.

"Bout time, my dear!
Been using genisis since they were invented.

Ordered a Merlin mini and an iJoy exo. lol, I guess there is still hope for the exo :). I think if they don't leak I'll be happy.

Can't help you with those, but it sure is nice to see you again!

I just rewicked 2 that had almost full tanks. I just turned them upside down and unscrewed the base and then rested the rest of the tank upside down inside an old RDA box bottom. Cleaned coils, rewicked, put tanks back together and no leaks inside my box at all. Maybe you just need a nice RDA with a decent juice well. The Govad is probably the best single coil that I know of right now. Great airflow and easy to build with plenty of topcap for big coil builds. I prefer RDAs and RDTAs but the OBS Engine and Nano are perfect tanks for out and about.

I have zero issues wicking Nanos when full. I didn't pick up the Govad, pretty content with Nanos. Couldn't resist ordering the Zeus tho. Thinking I'm going to enjoy that one once I get familiar with it. Kinda miss the days when I didn't know what I was looking for and still got excited about all the new gear released.

I don't need the Zeuss but I am going to order one anyway probably in Blue just because. I am waiting for it to be out a bit and see some reviews. Maybe I better sell some of my older tanks 1st so I can justify having another tank, even though I only answer to myself and myself says to go ahead and buy it.;)

Same here. I'm dropping a couple in the mail for someone this week. Like knowing they'll be used and not sitting in a box.

@hiclass - every RTA, RDTA, RDA, has its own peculiarities in coil positioning and wicking. Your first time or two with any of them is probably not going to be perfect. You build, you wick, you learn. The Engine Nano has the shortest learning curve of any RBA I own. I am still not sure what your issue with that RBA but just don't buy it. See, easy as pie. Me, I have no trouble with mine at all. Practice makes perfect and if you are looking for an RTA that YOU build and wick perfectly the first time, you will be looking forever. Enjoy the journey.

I was just looking online at the Zeus and it looks promising. Nice looking build deck, I'll have to check it out on You tube but it looks like it can do single coils and has roomy build deck. I wonder what the difference is between the standard edition and the TPD edition is. Geekvape website doesn't say.

8. If it is hard to position your coil or wick it correctly for a good vaping quality, don't buy.

Hahaha. I guess I should not have bought the Sigelei Moonshot 24 or the Envii Artisan. Both are tricky to build but well worth it in my opinion. I have tried most all of the popular tanks and these two are the only tanks that are always in my daily rotation. And neither of them tick all of your boxes.

@gofishtx 2ml or 4ml. Designed for single coil. Should be similar to Nano, maybe a bit better if not too airy. Certainly better looking, tho it is busy.
Yes Don29palms pointed out TPD for UK. if too airy you can always stuff the wicks and make it stiffer;)
I love a Chuff Cap

Well... I bought three of MMVapor's setups, a (what turned out to be) huge amount of kanthal wire, and soft ceramic wicks. I've left them all over every golf course in the area but always managed to retrieve them. Good for years :)

"Bout time, my dear!

The rhodium plating seems to have pretty much left all my mechanical switches and they're getting spotty and it requires a bit too much maintenance any more so I figured it was maybe time to try electronics!

Good to see a lot of people are still here (classwife already moved my first post to the right section).

Voltrove 41mm dual coil ran in parallel only does dual coils and Modfather 30mm RTA running a dual coil series deck only running dual coils also.

Can fit 6mm dual coils in the 41mm and up to 3.5mm duals in the 30mm.

30mm holds 10ml and 41 holds 25+ of juice.

Both decent RTA’s. Mark at Voltrove and working with Modfather has made two great RDA’s and Mark is coming out with a Voltrove V2 that had a JFC and a great new AFC ring that stops the whistle problem the first one had. Mark is working on making a RTA that has the flavor of a RDA but convenience of a tank. Both of them have great flavor such as an RDA but convenience of a tank. Just throwing that info out for people who may be looking for the flavor of an RDA but in a tank.
