I am joking itad. I never tried to beat anyone, I focus on my job. I also dont know what other people are making the most of the time. But it was a dream of mine to make something that will be thin as China atomizers but rebuildable in a very simple and quick way:)
Imeo, I don't think it's about going against china, but building an atomizer that is healthy. To that extent, the only company that is trying that is thermovape with their ava atomizers. They are good, but far from perfect. Does building a 510 atom which works with wick or mesh make sense today?
Cheers!

I can focus on this only eric if its nessesary. My ability right now is 5000 per month. They are not enough but I already bought 2 more cnc machines and I am going to buy one more. We will be ok:)
You will need a full time factory for this... and bodyguards to fend off all the mom & pop shops selling Boge cartos. :)

Maybe you are right ripple. We will see buddy.

Also I have a question here. I am almost sure that this new GG atomizer will work on all tanks. But because I dont know how all tanks are made, can someone please tell me how the most of the tank works? Are they like map tanks where you put and push the atomizer from the bottom of the tank? And what is the height of the bottoms of the tanks?
Kill the proteus, my friend, this should be your primary focus.......:)

From what I understand , most XL cartos are 45mm ( thread length not included ) while shorter one are 35mm ( short tanks are less common)

Thank you Supa:)
But I am interested on how long is their plastic or metal base. I think most of them have a base, a body and a cap. So how long are their base? I dont need an exact number of course. But are they 1cm or 1,5 cm for example?

Well I own a big boaby (Scottish for big willy ) tank , just measured and both top cap and bottom are 9 mm in height , hope this helps

if the height of the base cap of a tank is 15mm or less then we are ok. If the base cap is more than 15mm then Achilles will not work. But I think that 15mm is a big height and no tank has so long base cap.
I also notice that map tanks doesnt let a 510 atomizer inside them because the hole of the base cap and the hole of the upper cap are smaller than the width of a 510 atomizer. Maybe because they were made only for a CE2 atomizers.

One more question: The base cap and the upper cap of tanks have an o-ring inside their holes to prevent leakage yes? If its like this, the o-ring is too tight or the atomizer can turn while this o-ring is around it?

The cap usually have two orings. One outside the cap that seals the cap and tank and one smaller one that seals the 510 cartomizer/atomizer to the cap. It fits snug but does slide in. While its lubed with juice it slides easier but as you let it sit, it "sets" and it becomes more difficult to just rotate easily. You can also vape while it sets. Once set, you can remove it to change or clea, it's just more difficult so it doesn't leak. I think if it covers XL tanks and regular tanks, it'd be great.

I have two types of tanks in the house so thats all i can offer measurements for. The phiniac XL tanks are 56mm long with the caps end to end. The delrin caps are 10mm. 4mm sticks out of the tank and the other 6mm sites inside the tank.

I have a DCT tank that's also 56mm long and the cap is 12mm. With this one it appears that 4mm sticks outside the tank and the other 8mm is pushed inside the tank.

Anyone with any other tanks would have to provide info if they want. I don't have many tanks.

.My vaperfexion cartomator caps are 10mm in height .if the diameter of atomizer is little more from carto's will damage the inner orings.
Imeo a tank that fits ce2's cant fit 510 cartomizer because have smaller inner diameter. Also if you screw the tank on the mod till the end of threads and you push it more then the tank will move around atomizer, this moving depends how much liquid you put in orings. Some people dont lubricate for not having this issue

Great yankee, just great. My only concern is that those o-rings that seal the atomizer are fixed with no way to get loosy or snug. Anyway, if we still be able to turn the atomizer then we are ok. But even if we will not be able to turn the atomizer after we insert it in a tank we dont care. Achilles will still vape but without liquid control. We will preadjust the liquid control and thats it

Great blue, I thank you too buddy

Guys, no reason to mention all tanks here. Just tell me if the total height of your tank's base cap is up to 15mm. If its up to 15mm then we are ok:)
We dont really care about the length of the whole tank because we will use UFS adapters to make the atomizer longer to fit in any tank.

So we have the first clue here: Tanks that were made for CE2 atomizers will not fit Achilles exept the manufacturer of those tanks makes bigger holes to its tanks to fit a regular 510 atomizer.

If the base cap of your tank is plastic and not metal you can open it very easy with a 9mm drill and put a thinner o-ring inside this hole.
