Got mine up and running with no issues....no juice in mouth.

It isn't producing as much vapor as I've heard others mention. This might be me though, as I haven't used a 901 in almost a year...........

Because I use AFS for 2 months and you use it for 2 days Daz

you unthread the cap 1/2 turn, you refill it a little. You unthread it 1 turn, you refill it more. You unthread it 1,5 turns, you refill it more.

So you will find the right turn for you and you will refill it as much as you want

To avoid flooding when refilling I have found this method works best (and easiest) for me:

Close the air flow ring completely (all the way up)
Pull off mouthpiece
Unscrew both top caps together
Refill tank with liquid
Seperate the two tops caps from each other
Screw larger top piece on and seat gasket around atomizer lightly with finger
Screw smaller top piece back onto larger one and snug
Open airflow ring about mid way
Smoke (and adjust airflow accordingly after this)

If you refill and put both top caps back on together it creates pressure in the AFS tank and forces the liquid out the only place it can go which is either the lower vents or the atomizer. Liquid follows the path of least resistance

after a half a day of use i can tell you that there is definitely a learning curve but once you get there... oh baby... my search for the perfect PV has ended.

Working so much better. Great job guys. So much less dry sucking to fill the atty. Way easier to set up. The old afs was a ritual project to set up. Not so anymore.

Started vaping my backup juice because I didn't want to waste my favorite in case it was a disaster. But now I can't wait for this to go empty so I can refill with fireball.

Yes, I agree with you iStrong, The learning curve on this model is quite a bit shorter than the last one and if fact if you are a V1 user you almost have to forget how to use an AFS because you are going to pull too hard on it and flood the atty for sure. I had some troubles at first because I was so used to puffing so hard to get juice through that tiny laser hole. Once I got the hang of taking nice easy draws everything got better.

And imeo, nice way to use the cap to force a bit of juice into the atty. I have been doing this since I read that last night and have to say it is the best way to cure that dry taste and it's more controlled than trying to close the CR off and take a short inhale. If I get burnt taste and inhaling wont stop it I just unscrew the cap a 1/2 turn and tighten it back up. Walllaaa...

I took my new AFS2 apart, washed it out, then put it back together following the steps on the GG site.
The instructions are great, I only went astray once when I tried to put the larger of the two similarly sized o-rings on the atomiser, it is the slightly smaller one that you slide down to the base of the atomiser. My fault for not keeping track of which part goes where.

I put 100 drops in the AFS for my first test (barely starting to fill it), and after a few instances of liquid in my mouth it settled down and hasn't done it since.

I seem to be getting more vapour than I did with just a plain cart, and every use is a strong hit now, unlike a cart where it diminishes quickly as the wool dries out. It is working just as I hoped it would. Thanks to Lisa for the fast postage, no more messing with wet carts and scrunched-up wool for me at home now!

Aaaaa yes, I must add that bit of info to the instructions. I can see how that could get messed up. Glad you are having the success with it and are enjoying not having to top up those pesky carts anymore. I tell you, I have not messed with carts or dripped much since October and its been great.

I got to where my v2 was working so flawlessly that I just thought that I just screwed it up and was getting a terrible burnt taste I could not get rid of... After moving the control ring into many different positions and loosening the cap but not taking it off and a few hard drags.... Still a burnt taste... Moral of this story.... Refill the tank and it will work flawlessly again.... HEHE!!! I completely forgot to fill it all day yesterday and all day today till now... Glad I had a spare bottle of juice in my bag....

I was just thinking that maybe someone can make a video showing how to set it up and get the V2 working perfect. I know there are detailed instructions but sometimes a video will help people that still can't get it to work flawless. I know IMEO has a video but if its possible maybe we can get a very clear updated one going.... Just some thoughts...

Maybe once Scott gets his AFS there will be a nice video of it! The thing with the AFS is that every atty is created slightly different and needs to be used a little different as well. For example, I have noticed in my testing that atties that are super light drawing or have NO restriction in the air flow will draw in a lot more liquid than one that has a bit of restriction in the air flow. Now if you find an atty with that tight draw there really is nothing special you need to do with the AFS. Just pop it in and vape without thinking about anything. I really wish we could ask China for a certain thing and actually get it.... keep dreaming huh?

everytime I have a burn taste I try fiercely to see what is wrong and its always an empty tank Wood
