AFS v2

From what I understand, the previous iatties will not work with the new v2 AFS, and the v2 atties won't work with the v1 AFS. Also, I think the v2 AFS comes with a new style i3 atty. Can someone confirm this?

I can confirm that the AFS v2 as I am selling it comes with an i3 installed.

The information I have been given by Imeo is that each type of atomiser is not directly compatible with the other type of AFS, however, people may make their own modifications to them to find a solution that works for them. Covering existing laser holes with cartomiser caps and making new holes have been suggestions I have heard.

Trick is simple Harpo. When I will make the update for AFS for regular atomizers you can cover the laser hole with the plastic part of a cartomizer. But V1 atties work on V2 AFS either but in the old way (feeding the atty from the laser hole)

It will screw on so melting should not be a problem, Emonty.

According to Imeo yes they will. You just have to make sure the laser hole is pointed down.
