i was enjoying my AFS with a iA3 when i started getting a burnt taste... added some more juice but the burnt taste didn't go away. I dissected the atomiser, and sure enough the wick was all burnt out.
Annoying because, the atomiser was still going strong... We need to get some wickless/bridgeless iAtties. With the AFS, i don't think the wick serves any purpose. I tried removing the wick on another iAtty i got but it seems quite hard to do on these 901's...

just remove the bridge and the wick, you don't need them! I did on mine, works 100%
exactly as you said istrong my friend. I have already order my samples atomizers and I am waiting for them, no worries
how do you take the wick and bridge off without ruining anything. can someone post step by step directions or a couple pics somewhere. Thanks
cos there was a video posted a few weeks ago, but these atties with the washer are quite a bit harder to get apart and I would not mess with taking the bridge out. I did this on a few and had not so good results. I think when using the AFS it is not needed to wick the juice but IS needed to keep it from flying past the coil with your inhales. Now those little fibers may come out to prevent the burnt taste and you can get them out using a toothpick. Just sorta wipe along the side of the bridge to snag them and then pull them out with tweezers. There are not many of those fibers in these 901s ....

i saw slims are on clould9 page, now i understand ggSlim afs will be out, "one day" but. Will we have 2 afs choice "gold" and silver?
Cause you know, the gg is sexy too, but i think a gold slim with a silver afs would look odd.
