They were from Quebec...
LOL! I see some folks already told you, as if you didn't know, that Quebec is in Canada [edited]
But that's a myth...

One of the fellows visiting was off, but a genius when it came to thermoplastics. He would walk around with a gallon of chocolate milk and drink it throughout the day, said it coated his stomach in preparation for drinking after work. He also ate 2 hotdogs for lunch everyday, room temperature on plain white toast... He now runs a food truck in Guelph...
What? A thermoplastic food truck?
It works, milk will coat the tummy. I've used it to save a couple of OD's
I think the chocolate was just for taste though..
My dad would eat a couple of tablespoons of butter b4 going drinking..but he was French.
That works better than milk, it's like vaping vs smoking

I
He sells hotdogs and coffee. He'd buy a carload of car parts every other weekend to take home. I guess car parts are expensive in Canada...
Never heard of that, but when I was in Russia, people would spread smoked lard over bread. Tasty and great for preparing the stomach for a night of vodka...
Stupid users are a given, and there's no amount of any regulation that will stop them. But what we really need to look at is the industry. Mod makers manufacturing devices that have no or way too little venting ports. Battery makers putting total BS on amperage ratings to sell more. Re-wrapping junk batteries with new wrappers of different manufacturers. Absolutely no oversight, or even knowledge, of whats going into a vendors juice.
Can any of this be regulated by feds? Hell no. It needs to be regulated by our free commerce system. The dangerous crap needs to be identified, & self-regulated by the almighty dollar.
I'm beginning to think we're beating a dead horse here....
I distrust the corporations way more than I distrust government.
Funny you should say that.I distrust them equally for they are one and the same.
Despite what may be believed, it's not "the electrons escaping". If anything the electrons would become bound as they reach equilibrium between the anode and cathode by way of creation of a crystalline structure. So this latest sploding mod looks like it went off in the guys hand.
No experience but don't they get very hot before venting?
Perhaps the power windows are broken.
He'll live.
Table saws are extremely dangerous.
Yes even the little ones.
Dado blades, just say NO.
60,000 incidents a year in the USA, one ever 9 mins or so.
Generally amputations are involved.
You don't need to be 21 to buy or operate.

We have the technology!
Always that one idiot who has to be "BIGGER, BADDER, BETTER". Sadly you just can't fix stupid.
I personally do not mind race car drivers wanting to drive faster than the other nutcases in a little circle, some get hurt or worse. It is their choice.
I do not mind skateboarders wanting to do flips higher than the other skateboarders, some get hurt or worse. It is their choice.
I do not mind that people want to jump off of stupidly low structures for parachuting, some get hurt or worse. It is their choice.
I do not mind that people want to blow bigger clouds than others, some get hurt, very few. It really is their choice.
People here and other vaping sites complain about people cloud chasing wanting to regulate how they vape, when you scoff at these cloud chasers and state how stupid it is and that they shouldn't....
Hey, guess what, you just became part of the regulatory party.
/non-cloud blowing flavor chaser who sometimes safely volume vapes. It really is my choice.
