Some argue the fact that they don't want to do the math; are we really becoming that lazy?

I'm not lazy. I just prefer a device with variable watts. And no, I don't want to do math - if I don't have to that's a bonus. Saying people are lazy because they have a device that makes vaping more convenient is getting silly IMO. Next we'll be calling people who don't do RBAs lazy. I started vaping to stay off cigarettes. I haven't had a cig for nearly 8 months. vaping is a bit more work than smoking, and if there's a way to vape that I enjoy and is less hassle for me then I'll do it. Calling people lazy is unnecessary.

Yeah, okay whatever. Thats why Im back in school with a 3.8 G.P.A. Knowing what I like doesnt make me closed minded.I feel lucky to have found what works for me relatively quickly and feel bad for those who are still struggling with it.

I never said I wasnt going to try anything else out.Did you not read the post where I said I ordered a Z-Max as a backup to my Provari from a co-op or that I was looking into buying an RBA for my birthday? I buy myself new toys on a regular basis but I also know what I like and what works for me.Can you say the same and keep the list under 5 items?

Until then dont even speak to me any more or try to address my posts with that smug, condescending, superior attitude.Youre not fooling anyone but yourself.

I think the point everyone is trying to get across to you is that VW is not an added complication, (I think this is why they thought you didn't understand) whether you use the same resistance or not; between VW and VV one is definitely simpler and more intuitive and that's VW. They both get you the same place and functionally accomplish the same thing.

Personally I own a provari and love it! I also own a Zmax V2 and love it! They are both great at what the do. The provari is a work horse and the zmax has more options. They both get me to the same place albeit the Zmax does it quite a bit quicker but the provari is my carry around pv because it is more durable. As far as the zmax being more complicated I cant agree with that being true at all

I have a Provari and I did own a V1 Zmax before I gave it away (nice PV, wrong voltage) I'm foregoing going down the V2 Vmax route although there's no disputing it's a great mod.

I'm going for a Vamo and probably an eVic.

My experience of VW has been very limited so far but I'm looking forward to using it.

Yeah, I am in a VAMO co-op - should be getting it in a few days!

Variable Wattage is more of a luxury than a feature which will vastly change your vaping experience ... though if you use rebuildables it surely could be debated.

It really comes down to YOUR personal concerns. The ZMax is not time tested like the Provari is, being a rather new device on the market. They could last YEARS ... they might not, we simply don't know yet. The Provari has a 1 year vendor warranty with an option for a second year at a cost. The Zmax does not. The Provari has a servicing department where you can send it in for repair. The ZMax does not. BOTH provide nearly identical vaping experiences. Meaning ... you'll get the same taste, throat hit, and vapor production with the ability to adjust it using a menu system.

You have to weigh your options and decide what's best for you. Ask questions like:

Is money a factor?
How important is a warranty to me?
Do I care about a device that has been tested over time or am I willing to take a shot at the latest products on the market?
Which looks better to me?
Which menu system do I prefer?

Neither device is going to make your juice taste any better or produce a more silly amount of vapor. The differences are in the details outside of practical vaping itself. I recommend checking out both devices on youtube to better help make a decision as well.

I don't believe I ever said people that own a device that makes it more convenient for them to vape are lazy; I said people who don't like to do math are lazy. Read the post. Not a wonder why this country is giving everything to the Chinese; they can do math.

And the post was meant to be semi-sarcastic - the way you people fight over your equipment is what I call silly.

Why does everyone get so defensive? These are just opinions everyone; can't we just be civil?

I wasn't being defensive or uncivil; just pointing out a quote obviously taken out of context and expressing MY opinion as to what I see as something similar to what happens on a schoolyard playground.

I didn't mean you specifically I apologize, I just quoted the post that was referring to who you were talking to. I meant in general it seems like these threads get very argumentative and defensive

No offense taken; I own both devices and don't really prefer one over the other. In fact I own several devices, not just VV and VW and each has its own place.

When I said, "Saying people are lazy because they have a device that makes vaping more convenient is getting silly IMO." I was implicitly referring to not having to do math. Which is why I prefaced that:
"And no, I don't want to do math - if I don't have to that's a bonus. Saying people are lazy because they have a device that makes vaping more convenient is getting silly IMO."
Which does not make me lazy.

Not in your country so not interested in how you categorise it there.

Coming in and throwing out comments about people being lazy is fighting over equipment. Not necessary.
