Any ideas for a Labor Day contest?????????

I'm trying to think of a way to have a contest for people that have to work on Labor Day. Good idea? I'm thinking of fire fighters, police officers, first responders, food service and hospitality workers....all the folks that NEVER get a day off because the rest of us just expect them to be there when we want or need them. Thinking......thinking......tail is flicking away.............................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. ........................................................................................... .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................

GOT IT! Here's them pesky rules....

#1....to enter you MUST have to work on Monday (that includes volunteer first responders)
#2....all you need to do is post here and tell us about your job.
#3 ....you MUST begin your post with the sentence..."this is a contest entry". That is because I'm going to allow chit chat and need a way to know who to count.

That's it! Them's the rulez. Chit chat all you want.....on Sunday night I will make a list of all the actual entries in the order they are posted. Then I will run the random generator if there is say.....more then three . If there is three or less.....you all win one of the new SmokeStik Intro Kits AND a five pack of tobacco or Menthol Regular sized cartomizers, PLUS a SmokeStik lanyard if you want one.

If you don't count this I understand.

My wife, who vapes, works at a Days Inn at the front desk, works every holiday.

My mommy is a nurse and works her .... off every day 10-12 hrs. She was a good girl though and never smoked (or so I'm told anyhow . . . . . .)

Thanks for all you hard working service peeps! I too will be "working" - at home with the kiddos - my favorite job!!

I don't know if it is too late to enter (being Sunday night and all), but I work in hospice so I'm usually at least on call most holidays in case my patients need help.

I'm recovering from surgery this year, but am still working tomorrow!
All three of my children (ages 6, 4, 1 year old) will be home as daycare/school is closed, but husband still has to work!
It's likely going to be a crazy day!
