If I quit vaping, I would be smoking again in no time.
The gadgets and novelty of the vaping hardware obscures.. for me.. what vaping is.. to me.

It's a crutch.. it's all dressed up in fun toys.. but it is a crutch to me and nothing more.
It is entertaining and I love that I am done with cigarettes, but I'm not kidding myself for a moment.
At my age, with my life, I will probably vape to the end.
It's that or smoke.

Laws and bans are irrelevant to me now.. I will do all I can with whatever influence I'm capable of.. to resist laws that diminish vaping.. but I have already seen to it that myself, and those around me, will have access to vaping for many many years.

Its not benign. There was much explanation in the previous page or two. If its not benign its not good for us & by default is bad. But its all relative. Many many many things are worse for us.

Vaping is exponentially less unhealthy than analogs & for some people w certain medical conditions make nicotine good for the treatments of them.

I think vaping is closer to drinking almost pure water compared to smoking being like drinking water from a coal mines waste pond.

I read it.. but nothing can say its not a stimulant. . And there are risks associated w regular use of stimulants.. even the minor ones like nicotine and caffeine. In terms of harm reduction. . Vaping is outstanding!

Our goal should be reducing harm..

I never plan to quit. Every time I lite a cigarette I would hear a nagging voice, you have to stop. To which I would think, yes...but not today. Now I can enjoy vapeing more than I ever did smoking, and I'll never stop! Voice silenced.

After 2 years vaping, i am so over cigarettes that to me its no longer a matter of "vaping is keeping me off the stinkers" issue. It is no longer a way to not smoke. (at least thats what i like to think!)

I vape because i enjoy it, because i love the flavor, the sensation, the smell. And because it has become a hobby to me.
Thinkering with new mods, trying out new flavors, hanging out here in the forum, analizing the current build on my RDA and thinking of ways to make it perform even better....

I think its a safe bet to say that i wont be giving up vaping any time soon.

I've no plans to quit whatsoever, because I don't think I can stop tobbaco without e-cigs. Also, I've invested a significant amount of money in the hardware; all I buy now are wicks and juice, and hope to soon start diy liquid production, which will save me a fortune.

Having to much fun to think of quitting. Would like to slow down the spending but watevaz. Everytime I say nuff spending this month I see something else I just gotta get. Oh well could be worse

I don't plan on quitting, me and my mod are inseparable. We shall see what the future brings, but as of now, I'm still enjoying trying out new flavored, buying new equipment, and getting into DIY stuff

i had no plan, no time frame on when i would quit, it just happened. was vaping every day after work for six months with chain vaping on weekends. last week i just abruptly stopped. at 6mg there were no withdrawal issues. i will still ‘fire it up’ on some social occasions.

when I used to smoke, I would get so ...... in the mornings when I was craving that nicotine. now I can go till 2 or 3 if I wanted without even having a craving or anything. although I still love my morning nic, so I don't do that lol

Yeah, it's almost like a miracle when I think about it; I haven't smoked for over 2 months....and without a single craving. Also, as a bit of a gadget fiend, I find the tech and hardware fascinating, almost like a new hobby; it was never that way with cigs- you just burn it and throw it away, where with vaping nothing can beat the feeling of finding a really great liquid, or getting the new PV you've been coveting for months. It's far more satisfying to me than smoking, and I really mean that.

I really enjoy vaping. During the last ten years of my smoking days, I HATED smoking. I got no pleasure from it, hated the way it made me smell, and I tried quitting time and time again.

If I ever get to the point where I'm hating vaping, I may give some thought to quitting.

Until then, I'm a happy vaper.

The way I see it, I "evolved" from smoking to vaping. I started vaping specifically so I wouldn't have to quit inhaling nicotine. I plan to vape for as long as I walk the Earth.

And if vaping becomes illegal someday, I'll start the world's biggest underground organized crime syndicate for the purpose of promoting and supporting the illegal act of flavored vapor inhalation.

I have no desire or intention to quit vaping.
I smoked tobacco for 35 years. Then I found a much nicer and healthier alternative.
So, I fully plan on vaping for the next 35 years.

.. after that, I'll be dead of old age anyway.
