If it lasts a year, it comes out to about 11 cents a day. Call me crazy, but that seems like a good deal.

I disagree B. I've had my buzz pro that I got used for almost 3 years and a provaris for almost 2 years and I'm sure I'll have them many more years. And batts are cheap. We also have SVD, VAMO, lavatube and mechs. Some will die sooner than others. But most will last much longer than a year.

If that works for you that's great! We all know there'll the next best thing in a year anyway. Right? :)

I just know i was set on getting a MVP for my wife until I saw that. If they made the same thing with replaceable batts I'd be all over it

If innokin is using a polymer Li-Ion battery, it should easily last 2 years. Battery life won't be as long as when you bought it, but should definitely get you through a day of solid vaping. One thing to consider when charging is to not leave it charging for long periods of time when it's fully charged. Overcharging is as damaging to Li-Ion batteries as fully discharging them. Best longevity is around 40% charge and don't exceed 90% charge.

all batteries are replaceable- it just depends on who does the replacing- you, the manufacturer, or someone else....

Are you possibly overtightening the coil or the tank base to your PV? I wonder if you could be either choking the airflow off or even the juice flow to the wick? You may want to try taking a few dry hits to see if it gets any better. I do not put the coil into the base too tightly. Just snug.

When you turn the tank on it's side and then upright again, do you see air bubbles rise? Kind of thinking out loud here. If the wick is dry, you will get a burnt rubber taste.

Good luck.

I don't have bad taste but do have vapor issues. My Davide BDC sits high over my Vamo V3, a good couple of milimiters above. No bubbles rise when I give a pull or dry pull. No burnt taste unless I take it to 4v, at 3.7 works well. But it's certainly not wicking.
I rinse my heads prior to use to avoid burnt taste. That could be oil residue.

Copied from a different thread:

I got the Vivi Nova version in today.

The coil bottoms out on the MVP 2 without making a connection. I pulled the pin on the head about .5 mm and it's making a connection. This thing performs really well. The draw is nice. The vapor production is great. It wicks well. The head is more like a mini punched cartomizer than like the traditional bcc coil heads. The filler wicks way better than the silica in the Kanger/Aro heads. I'm pretty impressed.

I can see 2 potential problems and they both come from pulling the pin. First, leakage. Second, having to pull the pin every time it gets bumped. The design flaw is in the base of the clearo, not the head. The head doesn't meet flush with the base. It's recessed.

What PG/VG ratio are you using? Maybe your juice is too thick? If there are no bubbles, there is little to no juice getting to the wicks. The burnt taste that you are getting is the dry silica wick.

ETA- I am using the davide on my SVD, Vamo V2 and VTR and they make a good connection/sit at the right height.

I use the ETS on my Winders when I am out and about

I made a hole through the filling that covers the hole. It's wicking a little better now, but every two or three pulls I have to blow into the clearo to have bubbles rising. Tomorrow I'll try with a lighter liquid.

I use a 65/30/5 blend. I make my own juice and use 65% PG/30% VG/ 5% Distilled Water. It works very well. I would think that 30% or less VG would work well with these. If you use a higher VG blend, you may need to dremmel out the holes a little.

Bobas is wicking perfectly for me, 10+ tankfuls through my first Aspire tank...a CE5-s, and now the Vivi Nova tank...perfect hit every time...these coils outlast Kanger coils by quite a bit, and never foul or turn the remaining liquid in you tank black, a common problem for me when using darker liquids.

You definitely want to get one. I bought one a month ago and they are awesome. Because of the dual coils, you get a massive vape hit from them. The wicks are in a protective sheath so it is much more difficult for juice to get through and cause gurgling. They send you two heads with the tank, the first one lasted 26 days, I am now on the second one. I highly recommend this product. I got mine from New Anyvape Davide Glassomizer BDC Dual Coil 3.0ml - 2 Coils [gv-AnyVapeDavideBDC-CLEAR] - $21.95 : GotVapes.com, E-cigarette Supplies - Atomizers Cartomizers Mods Juice and more

as well and they are worth the money which is not bad really at $21.95. Use a coupon and you will drop the price even more. Also they are talking about releasing larger tubes with inner metal tube so you can expand its capacity from 3 ml to 5 or 6 ml.

Some interesting thoughts...got me thinking...

iTaste VV V3...$24.80/2 years = 3.4 cents/day

iTaste VV and Provari...both have an Ohms Meter, VV, VW and are "smooth firing".

So...for me...I don't mind paying 3.4 cents each day to, during the 500 times I'll use it, be able to pick up a lightweight (1.8 oz.), slim "stick" rather than a heavy (5.3 oz.), big "tube"....

Yeah, I'm not sure what pbusardo see's in these things. They are decidedly cheap tanks, though that isn't really a big deal to me as long as they perform. They don't. I received 2 and loaded one with a 70/30 pg/vg and another 50/50. 1.8 ohm heads were used. The 'new' ones with 2 wick holes rather than 4.

They are so bad, I would essentially say they don't work. I let them sit for about 30 minutes to wick. No flavor, poor vapor production at 4.0v on a Provari. Thinking the design of the heads with the wicking holes could be the problem, I did some dry pulls. And tried again. Nothing. Then pull-primed like a cart. Still nothing. I don't get it.

Switched the heads with replacement heads from a BDC 5-pack. Same setup and juices. Let sit overnight. Came back this morning to try again. Middling vapor, no flavor. These same juices glow and provide clouds in my evods/protank. I have tanks I don't care for, but I wouldn't say they don't work (vivi nova, certain tank carts), but hands down these aspire bdc's DON'T work.

I would sit these aspire bdc's out for a while. Perhaps there are multiple versions of the heads drifting around (we already know there are at least 2).

A little dangerous... I'd drop a tiny amount of water when using higher blends... But, final thoughts once I've gone through several heads first...

It is a well known and much posted about fact that the Aspires sit flush on the Provari and do not get enough airflow. The majority of the people using and posting about these like them alot. So, you have to think that their may be something in your set up that is making them "so bad" for you.

A poster above mentioned using Gorilla Juice which is 100% VG so not sure that is the issue. I do wonder if AVE thins their VG though since the GJ does seem to work in things that most 100% juices do not. I am really just throwing stuff out there that might help.

These things are SO good that I hate to see a few people having troubles with them :)
