The wife wouldn't go out on it.

I wouldn't walk out on that thing either!
She might be a bit miffed at this post, but I was cruising through the photo album (on disc) and came up with this:
07 Lannie hangs in space.jpg

Hanging in space on that tiny piece of rock, and 1,000 feet straight down to Crater Lake. Yeah, sure she wouldn't go out on that view point... :pervy:

And I'm tootle-puffing my MVP 2.0, Kanger TS3 filled with a NT Wakonda and Frenilla mix right now!

I had an issue with the dripper bottle of Wakanda I got; seems the cap cross-threaded and wouldn't go on properly. But in any case it just wasn't enough; my next order is a big bottle of Wakanda with a BOGO of Frenilla :w00t:

It did not seem mean to me just real. I do not support my son's and his SO's smoking habit, I will buy them food, gas in their car to go to work and the like but I won't buy them cigs. I don't think that is mean I look at it like they can smoke all they want to as long as they can afford to buy it, same went for me when I was smoking, no one bought me cigs but if I needed food I could get all the help I needed with that.

My wife is just like that, she'll give you money for anything in the world except cigarettes and alcoholic beverages. So when I started vaping a disposable Blu ecig around her she surprised the crap out of me when she said that she'd buy those if I would use them. That was my motivation to make the switch to vaping....

yep should be. Not for me though, I rebuild my coils not sure about rebuilding a dual coil for a GS air.
I am a frugal vaper as my sig line says ;)

...
Just recoil as a single coil then. At the same time, remove the outer wicking (if you have a GS coil you'll know what I mean) and replace with coffee filter paper cut to 1" x 1/4". Works very well.

Morning folks - just a question to set the ball rolling this fine day - what do you all think of the Kayfun mini for proper tootle puffing .... a 14mm RTA. I never even knew they existed but came across them this morning. Your thoughts?

I think I have discovered a way to explain to everyone what the difference is between tootle puffers, mod whompers, and full-on cloud chasers. About a zillion years ago I was a meteorologist and occasionally, even today, people ask me to teach them how to "read" the weather and make "best guesses" about what is coming at them. Because of this, I made a fairly long instructional post on another web site (for farmers/ranchers/family milk cow types), which included the following picture of cloud types. This might make it easier for newbies to understand the difference in the various types of vapers.

You see, Tootle Puffers are equivalent to the fair weather cumulus. We make fairly small clouds and just float along enjoying the "mostly sunny skies" around us. The next level up would be the towering cumulus - ModWhomper (shown in the picture as nimbostratus, which is a totally different cloud type, but play along with me here). The towering cumulus is one step short of a thunderstorm. It occupies a lot more sky space than the Tootle Puffer clouds, but not nearly as much as the full-blown Cloud Chaser - the Cumulonimbus. That cloud can go all the way from 1,000 feet above ground level to the sky high place where we run out of any breathable air. That last class also has a few REALLY hard core types, totally intolerant of those smaller in stature, which is the cumulonimbus mammatus, the thunderstorm most likely to produce tornadoes and be nasty about it.

Point is, we all produce vapor (clouds), but some of us are just little puffers and some choose to fill the whole sky and be dominant about it. Make sense to you?
I love this! Thanks for sharing. Mind if I steal it (with proper credit of course!) for posting elsewhere?

Well, gang, I have to take that statement back. I'm a pure-dee IDIOT. I've been having some trouble with my binkies lately, with coils clogging up, and sometimes there's just no flavor, and last night it got to the point of no flavor and no VAPOR, either. I assumed the coil I was using had finally bitten the dust, but I was puzzled because as much as I was drawing on it, the danged binkie was getting hot, but nothing was happening. There was heat, but not heating the juice. SO frustrating...

I have an ultrasonic cleaner for two reasons, one for steeping my DIY liquids, and two for cleaning my attys. About once a week I'll take all of my attys and take them apart, then put them in the UC with a cap full of vodka for about 10 minutes. then change the water and put them in again for another 5 minutes to rinse them. Makes a world of difference and you'd be amazed at what you find in the water when you're done.

My ex couldn't fix anything to save his life!
I think I emasculated him. I can practically build a house. I told him once "it's OK baby, I already know that if we ever lived together I would be the one fixing stuff." Hence the "ex" part.

I used to work at Lowe's and I'd tell customers that just because I work here doesn't mean I'm Bob Vila...

That happened to me back in the service too... I started failing a bazillion years ago due to weapons fire (no hearing protection) and F100 Lead Sleds blowing in afterburners not far from my tent, etc. The hearing has only been getting worse since (using planers and dozens of other shop tools, big chain saws, etc.) without hearing protection can do that to you. And, yes, the wife's voice very often falls in your dead zone. But not getting the hearing aids only means she's going to have to raise her voice on a regular basis...

I have yet to use a Kayfun of any type, but I've been looking at them. Of course, I will hold off now that I have 2 iLeaf GS Airs on the way.

I also just wanted to say that I love all of the cat stories on this thread! I love cats!

The kick module is a nemesis adapter, a kick, a nemesis kick ring, and little ring if you use the VV kick and then the hybrid adapter.
Could you explain that in further detail, using the links to FT? Thanx. @Krisma

I know the feeling, I think I left my hearing back at the shop.

Help Ya' with the animals and the land . . . She really looks "GREAT" in that picture (AND - Yes, I am a GAY MAN, however I know a good looking woman when I see one . . . :pervy: ) . . . Just Sayin' . . . ;)

Think long and hard about moving up to kayfun lites and kayfun V4's. First off if you do not build coils yet then this is not for you. They come with no coils installed and you have to build and wick a coil. Next get ready to ditch all your protanks and tootle puffing gear your using now. The flavor production on the kayfuns both lites and the ver 4 are so superior to what your using now that you wont want to vape the older gear anymore.
How do I know this, well up to April, beginning of May all I vaped was CE5's and protanks. I have over 30 ego batteries, hundreds of CE4's and 5's, around 50ish T3S's and MT3's, handful of protanks and a bunch of other tootle puffing gear and around the end of April I ordered a kayfun lite and the kayfun V4. The afternoon they showed up I built a coil for them, wicked them, vaped them and could not vape my old gear any more because they paled seriously in performance. Then I had to get a couple cloupers and Smok M65's so I could vape them at 10 to 13 watts, where to me they performed the best.
So think long and hard before moving to that next vaping step. The flavor and performance is so good that there is no turning back. Whats even worse is it gets even better after that. You try the Lemo II's and Kanger subtanks at 20+ watts and they blow the kayfuns away on performance and then your mod womping.

I have the Ivogo one and it works well, the deck is really tiny to build on and you have to top fill it since the fill port is useless. Order some spare plastic tanks as well, they do break.

I would get a Flash e-Vapor VS instead, much easier to build, fill and maintain. It provides a much better vape with the adjustable airflow screws. You will require two little pieces of mesh to roll up for feeder wicks from the tank to the coil. They don't have to be oxidized and pretty much last forever, that is if you don't loose one of them down the sink when cleaning the tank. Then just roll up another and you are good to go.

FT and FC have both units available, some of the cheaper Kayfun mini's rust, be sure to check the descriptions. ;)

    LOVE protanks...lol

I used to use ProTank 2's and Mini ProTank 2's until I got a Svoemesto Kayfun V4. Liked it so much I bought another along with a couple of Russian 91%'s. I started out with a couple of T3's, but then bought a Mini PT2 just because I didn't want to have to worry about my liquid cracking the tank. Liked them so much that I thought that they were the bee's knees and bought more of them. That is until I tried the K4...

Not saying that this is for you, but whatever works for you and keeps you from smoking is all that really matters.
