Middletons cherry blend was a very popular cherry flavored pipe tobacco. One of the first I think. Smelled nice.
It was probably Middletons if he bought it in a retail package and not a custom blend from a tobacco shop.

I used to love cherry blend. I bought 3 different cherry tobacco ejuices and hate em. I've got some flavor concentrate but probly will never mix it.

Those old cars are cool. But driving them sucks. They handle, stop, turn horribly.\
And you were lucky to get 75,000 miles out of them before they were junk.

Now 200k is pretty much average life of a decent car.
But they have push button transmissions...:)

I have not tried the cherry from Flavor Concentrates. Tried several others though and man is a straight cherry hard to get worth vaping. I have given up for now while I find some other more vapable combinations.

My current tootle transportation is a 1995 Dodge Caravan Sport we have owned since new. We have taken very good care of it and it has over 210,000 miles on it and still running fine. On the 3rd transmission, front end repairs and such, but paid for still going strong.

Hope I didn't just jinx myself by posting that!

Ps it still gets 20-22 miles per gallon of gas.

So back to tootle puffing. Hahaha

What is everyone vaping today.
Brass Knuckles from Steampunk is my ADV and has been for, oh, a month or so. Now, for some time (I'm guessing roughly since I got this juice) I've felt some tightness in my chest and a bit of a cough. At first I just put it down to seasonal cold and allergy but it's beginning to get to me. What sucks is that I just got another bottle of this stuff but haven't opened it yet. I've got clove +RY4 for the Protank for now.

Set it side for awhile, see if the issue clears up. Try a liquid with a different pg/vg ratio. Maybe that will become an occasional treat vape instead of your adv

And 200 warts is pretty much becoming the average for a vape. ;)

yep that you were lucky to get 50k out of before they trashed themselves.
My wifes Camry does not even have a tranny dipstick!

didn't you just love those old 2 speed whiz and thump trannys?

These are the 2 recipes I'm testing, to see if LorAnn or TFA makes a better mix:

Test 2 - #1
INW Vanilla for Pipe 6%
INW Deluxe TDM 5%
TFA Vanilla Swirl 4%
LA Cherry 2%
TFA Sweetener 1%

Test 2 - #2
INW Vanilla for Pipe 6%
INW Deluxe TDM 5%
TFA Vanilla Swirl 4%
TFA Cherry Extract 4%
TFA Sweetener 2%

The TFA smells more likely, but I won't know till I actually taste them.

We had a Caravan which we bought at the end of '97, I keep thinking it was either a '93 or '95, but really can't recall -- it was a great vehicle, I think the only reason we traded it was to get just slightly better mileage -- we lived 25 miles from my husband's workplace so every little bit helped.

They're from an era where most people put <10k miles a year on the car, not 20k+. The worst was the sheet metal. The rest could be rebuilt by a 16yo shop student and often were.

Engnes were pretty much worn out at 75k. The metals, tolerances and lubricants have increased dramatically in quality and the better fuels have also improved things.
Fuel injection and electronic ignitions are wonderful things. No more flooding carbs washing down you cylinder walls and causing wear. Replacing points and plugs every 20k or less.
Now one can expect to not even do anything to an engine except change oil for the first 100,000 miles.

On the flip side, ethanol is counteracting that, wearing things out more :p
