I can see that it might be a little complicated for a beginner. But to me, a lot less complicated than a ce3. You do have to be careful with taking it off the battery, and making sure when you fill it not to get any juice down the airhole. But every clearo/carto/thingy has its quirkyness/learning curve.

lol yeah ....basically that it may be to complicated for some users ...which may lead to a great deal of user error.

There is nothing complicated about replacing a coil assembly when it goes bad instead of replacing the whole clearo. The coil has to be removed to fill the clearo, so it's not real complicated to reinstall a different one. A good instructional video should eliminate most user error.

Yeah no I completely understand.... but you would be surprised at the influx of customer service tickets and calls we get with each added product...so we also have to gear up for that... it is not a no to the coils it is just something we have to take into consideration.

I agree although if they work like the ego versions, they will be a huge hit! I use a needle tip on my bottles and the other night I was refilling a T3 and not paying close enough attention and realized I had the needle in the air tube, duh. The tanks are so easy to clean that it was easily fixed but errors will occur.

This is a new question for Imagine!

I just received my new 900 mAh chrome X2 today. It appears fully charged and vapes fine. My questions are:

1. I removed the end cap and there is no light at the tip when vaping is this normal in the new X2s?
2. Do I charge it Off (with 5 clicks) or leave it on and charge it?
3. Is it OK to leave it on all of the time, or should I turn it off (with 5 clicks) after using it for the day?
Thanks in advance for your reply

hi .. the shipment will contain 7 color options... I am not firm on the pricing..but i am sure it will be competitive like the rest of our pricing :) the replacement head will most likely be forthcoming but not in the first shipment...the hesitation lays on 2 factors...1 how well they will be received and 2- the reception of the complication of the product's nature.

i think she means if the darn thing works like it is suppose to ,or how many problems they have with it,,,,i guess

The manual only has a light on the button and a light on the bottom only while plugged in and charging ... Fully charged it would go out. You do not have to turn it off unless u want to ... It's a good idea if it is in a place where it can fire by accident like in a bag etc

I was trying to be diplomatic. And as Imagine already posted awhile ago, she made the not being careful taking it off the battery mistake, and the getting juice in the airhole thing is pretty easy to do too. But you carry on with your bad self.

Hi Everyone! I have been vaping for about 9 months and slowly(very) made my way to SI today and finally placed an order. I can't wait to try out your version of the Clearos, Nanos and juice! I had a quick question if anyone knows. I ordered this afternoon, and got the free shipping. Is that Priority? When will it go out, probably Monday now huh?

TIA for any help!
