click on my referrals in your account tab....and it will explain it :)
I've seen mention of referal perks.. I know I've suggested SI to several people.. are they just supposed to fill in my account name when they sign up or are there cards or something to pass out that I've somehow missed on the site?

Just in time for my 1 year celebration. Thanks, Imagine. :toast:

:thumbs:Oh yeah, I almost forgot that you quit the day after I did. It seems like a lifetime ago. I'm not sure what I'm going to do on my quit day. I've thought about smoking one cigarette just to see if I hate it.:smokie:

I figure more additions to my battery, carto, and liquid hoards will do the trick. But since we are so close in days, maybe SI will move a President's Day sale in a couple weeks early for us... or Valentine's a week early. That would work. SI loves us, right? ;)

Battery wrap question. Is there any difference in stickability and peelability between the rubber finishes and the shiny finishes on the batteries?

in my mind, they would probably stick better to the rubbery finish but then might leave residue if I wanted to change a wrap.... though as always, I could be wrong

Most people prefer the chrome/silver/shiny for wrapping - I've wrapped both, and it worked just as well on the rubbery finish. Just make sure they're clean and dry, especially of any oily or chemical residue. If you clean with alcohol, make sure you wipe the residue off with a damp (with water) rag (alcohol eats the adhesive). The adhesive comes clean off when it's time to change up - no residue - but if you do get a little bit, it's easily cleaned with a little rubbing alcohol. Then you're back where you started. ;)

FYI, this is the same vinyl they use to wrap expensive cars. Made to stay put without damaging the finish.

I'll try here I guess....X2 passthrough issue,
Received the Volt X2 Friday, plugged it in to charge, and didn't touch it for six hours.
Blue light stayed on, and I vaped a bit. Put it away.
Today I set it up with the passthrough, vaped a bit and the button started flashing.
I guess the battery is dead, I left a Ticket at SI, thought I'd inquire here as well.
Thanks

Sounds like a dud battery to me. I hope you have more than one. I'd open a ticket with SI and I'm sure they'll replace it but you may have to send it back to them first.

yep....sometimes wrapping the rubber finish will also make it a very tip fit in the PCC.
