The life of a T3 head, or any wick/atomizer assembly for that matter, will depend on how fast it gunks up, IE accumulates black carbon based residue that insulates the coil eventually to the point where vapor output is very low or stops altogether. Sweeter liquids, fruit, candy and confection flavors all tend to produce the most gunk since the sugars in them contains lots of carbon molecules.

Rinsing them when refilling will help extend their life a little, but that gunk is kind of like concrete. You can also "dry burn" them, carefully, to remove most of the gunk and replace the flavor wicks, loose wicks, to extend their life quite a bit.

Just my opinion, worth what you're paying for it. Your results and mileage may vary. No warranty or guarantee is expressed or implied. Proceed at your own risk.

Thanks awsum for the awesome info!

Not really. The wicks in a T3 are quite short and there is no filler to hold a lot of water. The first few drags will be a little light in the vapor and flavor department, but it'll go back to normal output very quickly and there is no damage being done to the coil or wick since the water keeps them from overheating as it "boils" off.

that would certainly make for a lot of "unbiased" reviews, lol

Just because they give points doesn't mean it would have an effect on your opinion of the product. If you write an opinion on a product because you're getting like what...a few points...that's one thing. If you write a good review just for a couple of points you have problems. I think people would still be honest even with points given. I like SI for many reasons but just because I like them in general means that I would write fake review just because I don't want to go against them.

many people base it in ml's per day....because not everyone takes the same size puffs. I was a pack a day smoker and go through about 2-3ml's a day.

Ok, here is something that I have always wondered.......
Just looking to get a basic all around average as I know that everyone vapes differently,
Approximately how many puffs from an e-cigarette would be equal to smoking a regular analog cigarette?

I don't think there is a real answer to what the equivalent to a cigarette is in terms of vaping. There are even more variables in vaping then there are in smoking. I guess, as a rule of thumb, that ten to fifteen drags is the generally accepted cigarette equivalent. I was smoking half a pack a day before I started vaping. Now, I vape about 5ml a day. I've dropped my nicotine down to 8mg, which is .8%, but even that is not a true indicator because nicotine absorption from vaping is considerably different from nicotine absorption from a cigarette (no chemicals to enhance absorption in vaping).

your body will also tell you that...with headaches or sweaty palms etc... you can always lower nicotine levels and continue to vape frequently.

Ok, welll thanks for all your input, that all makes sense! I wasn't looking for any hard and true answer, just a generalization. The answers given will help me extrapelate how I should be vaping to satisfy and not overdo it. Thanks!

When I was a pack a day cigarette smoker, I couldn't tell you how many puffs I took before the cigarette was gone. Sometimes I would take a couple of puffs then lay it down in the ashtray and it would burn up because I would forget about it. When I thought to pick it up again, it was just ash and I would light another. Then half way through, I would repeat the process. So in reality, I burnt up most of it up without actually smoking most of it. If I intentionally put a cigarette out half way through and later pick it up again, I didn't enjoy the taste so I would light another. Truly money going up in smoke.

It's totally different with vaping. When you put it down, you are not wasting any liquid or battery power either. Sometimes I chain-vape, other times I don't. So many variables to compare vaping with smoking. Of course, this is how it is for me. ;)

I couldn't bear to smoke a cig all the way to the filter. I used tubes and loose pipe tobacco. So, I would make a cig, smoke as much as I wanted, empty the remainder in the tube, and re-make. Couldn't bear to waste any tobacco. So-- I guess I prepared myself for quitting.

Same here... except I hated wasting money. Actually seeing my hard-earned $$$ going up in smoke.
