i was told we were completely sold out of the short wick ones sorry about that.. just let CS know and I am sure they will give you points to make up for the issue.

"we also received clearos today

Black
Clear
Dark green
Purple
Red

They all now have the LONG WICKS

We are awaiting the other boxes with the remainder of the colors...they will also have longer wicks "

I placed an order after you posted that and received one long wick red and one of the old style black. Are the black supposed to be long wick too? I specifically asked for the new version in the comments.

Hi, just got my volt.

My question is.. I noticed on the invoice relating to ejuice, in the SKU column it says cart_Name_xxmg. while in the Detail column it says Name-Strenght(x.x%). In my case SKU = 12mg & Detail = 1.2%. Is it just a consistence that 1.2% = 12mg. I ask because the calculators I've seen refer to target strength as xxmg.

Looks obvious, but, better save than sorry.

Tnx

it shouldn't hurt it also it could just be the cartos not aligning the same way... you can try untwisting them a bit and that should cover the holes as well.

Imagine,
Will it hurt my batteries if I plug one of the side holes with the tip of a toothpick to get a tighter draw on my automatics. The two 78mm ones I got seem to have an airy draw compared to my old ones

I've tried that, and I tried toms suggestion of blowing through the battery to get rid of air pockets. He did send me a replacement battery but that one seems to be the same. Im not going to bother customer service with it again since they already sent me a battery and didn't require me to send the other one back.
When I plugged one hole with the tip of a toothpick, it's perfect. I just want to make sure it won't hurt the battery or make it overheat

i got a sealed batt and liked it enough to get another one (although i think it is a bit overpriced) a few weeks later. The first one had black lettering for the logo. The second one had larger print ("Volt") on the logo. both are the same size. I have since noticed that there are two different kinds of sealed batteries offered on the website. The L.E.D on the second one seems to fade when the battery is almost expended. Is this intended? What are the differences between the two batteries

Hi :) most people feel with our warranties and discounts that we are pretty well priced :(...sorry about that.

All the autos on our site are the same...they are all sealed and the same design. We were the first ever to offered a sealed auto. I am not sure why the logo's would be different sizes I have not heard that before. It may be that they were just from 2 different production runs...

The website on the accessories page has 2 places to buy batteries the sealed auto option and the easy battery select option...this is confusing and I apologize... the sealed auto option has not been combined with the other option simply for SEO reasons and that option has had a lot more reviews made there....and if we combine them those reviews would be lost.

Overpriced? Are you kidding me?

The 78mm volt is $1 cheaper than the g6, $2 cheaper than the smoov and $11 cheaper than the vapor 4 life. Not to mention that smokeless image has several coupon codes available for between 10% to 15% off in addition to the awesome sales they have on holidays. Add in the promos like "faces of volt", volt points and the referral program and they are practically giving them away. A new customer can get the 2 battery standard starter kit for $38 then get a free $14 accessory from faces of volt. What other company is that cheap.

We haven't even talked about customer service. They don't hesitate to replace batteries that aren't up to par, and i mean for the slightest thing. The shipping is very reasonable and super fast and they are quick to respond to any questions or problems.

Price is actually what brought me to SI. When I was shopping for something to replace that awful Blu that i got hosed with, every dollar counted. I was shocked to learn that not only were they cheaper than the comparable 808 sellers, but they were a better company. I completely lucked into that since i found SI before I found ECF.

Sorry for the rant IMAGINE, but that comment infuriated me. I am very passionate about smokeless image and unless someone wants a vv machine or a mod, it's the only place I recommend.

Please keep up the good work. There really is no better or cheaper company out there, believe me, I've checked. Even the cheap garbage out there is more money

There are a lot of cheaper 808 batteries out there. Most aren't regulated, don't have anything but a doa warranty, low mah etc. so make sure you're comparing apples to apples and not apples to lemons. Buying quality is like buying oats. If you want good quality clean oats you go to the farmer, inspect them and pay a fair price. If you're willing to settle for them after they've been run through the horse they're considerably cheaper.

You absolutely correct, that's why I compared to the those companies.

Any chance in the future of carrying any adapters from SI? Like 808 to 510 or eGo? Some people have given me the odd 510/eGo clearo, tank etc here and there and I can't exactly use them. Was looking into just buying an eGo but why bother when my X2 could do it!

Is it wrong that I enjoy my X2 more than the Provari I got to try recently?

:D Where's that herd of rolling around laughing smilies I see from time to time? They should have shown up here...kinda like the flies that would show up for the processed oats that you mentioned.
