if the juice is thicker and not wicking as well this can cause a dry taste...
The passthrough acts like a fully charged battery with each puff... so it would run a tad hotter then lets say an alost dead 78mm batt... but should not causing a dry taste unless the juice is not wicking right.

Dear SI, I am using what I believe is called a battery pass through (a battery directly connected to a USB pluged into my computer). It make my cartos feel a lot hotter and the vapor a lot warmer too. Does that have to do with a different amount of ohms and voltage or am I doing something wrong. I refilled it with ec blend juices and a vodka primer, so I don't know if that makes a difference either.
