hi.... no we shouldn't have any older ones sitting around.. the cutoff should be 10 seconds.. did you time it?

Also the 5 click cutoff should be there...it will not blink...and you have to click very fast.

I just recieved my x2 Volt 1300 mah manual silver pass through from you guys, but it doesn't have the 5 click off protection and the cut off time is around 8 seconds... I was under the impression the cut off time would be longer and it would have the 5 click protection... did I get an old model or something? I sent a customer service ticket on the site but I got to impatient so I'm posting on here

Well I never.

I ordered two X2's in the Birthday Sale and since then I have thought the five click turn off feature wasn't working on them. It didn't really concern me enough to write a ticket as I wont be using them anywhere but the house. I just read Imagine's reply to suhmedoh regarding this issue, the bit "you have to click very fast", tried it and it worked

So yes suhmedoh you have to click very, very fast and it should work.

i clicked extremely fast, 5 times, 6 times, 10 in a row, nothing's working :/ and the cut off is probably 10 but the five click isn't working, I can make a video and show you if you like

interesting, i wondered about the "ry" but assumed the "4" was for a four flavor combo: tobacco, vanilla, caramel and almond. ry4 is the one tobacco flavor i still vape, i like mine with extra vanilla mixed in.

only difference is I ordered the 1300 mah, but the 5 click doesn't work, I tried pressing it fast, slow, 6 times fast, 5 times fast, 4 times fast, I can't get it to work. The reason I'm so sure it doesn't work is because it seems like you guys updated the batteries, and added in that 5 click protection, and i must have just mistakenly gotten an old one. Would you like me to make a video showing you?

Like I said I thought mine wasn't working until I tried clicking it fast. You've tried that though so maybe you got an older model, I don't know mate I'm sure they will sort you out though.

Fwiw my method is pressing the button like normal then when the light comes on hit it another four times very fast at which point the light goes out. Repeat to turn back on.

If the button LED is blue it is 100% the new ones (and made to have the 5 click).. if it is red/orange it would be an older version. Either way if it is not working correctly CS will respond to the ticket and exchange it for you...not to worry

Yesterday's order about this same time as now. Tonights order about 40 minutes ago. Been having to work a couple hours over each night this week.

(I just used my PIF gift cert on tonights order, which was basically the new CE3's and some other cartos)

I'm not truly worried. SI is just normally faster than lightening, lol!


What I should really be asking, is... when do you restock the battery wraps? The cat wraps are disappearing and I have plans for those.

I think we might be out of the sky blue battery...and they just did not have a chance to call or they did and did not leave a message... if you want you can just email CS with the order number... and if i am right just tell them what you would like to do about the sky blue.

Um... Hm... think you're out of the yellow 78 autos, too. Hm... well, I'm not in a hurry for anything I ordered, so I'm ok with the order being shipped without and the battery to follow, or holding the whole order until the battery arrives. Either way works for me, since I know what's up. Go ahead and process the payment regardless.
