But at the grocery store I always feel better when they call me "Miss" instead of "Ma'am! "

Yeah, plastic glues are tough. They either cloud the material or dry yellow. What makes some of the colors not work? Is it the type of plastic?

I use Beadalon bead stringing glue or G-S Hypo Cement, it works great and dries crystal clear. I pop out the clear 'diamond' and glue in a 39ss. Any color you want!

Great, I will be there on Friday afternoon and will look you up. Although I have moved on to mods, I still use my SI X2s on a regular basis and they have lasted for one year, no problems. I always recommend SI as a starting point for nubies.

Yeah, that would be a great Idea if I had the means....I still have dial up! I live about an hour from the largest "Map" city of Tupelo. There is nothing here and the nearest "Large" airport is Birmingham, AL about 3 hours from me. Oh well, I guess I will have to just keep my ears open to see if anyone in the south will ever do a meetup.

meetups are great you can try making a FB group or try reddit.
