They are not polycarbonate and you should be ok. The nano was supposed to be a ce3 replacement but the ce3 will remain. Not sure about the bulk pricing i will ask.

Alright, me and my wife gotsa a few questions for the infamous Imagine :laugh:! Have a question concerning the clearomizers, what kind of plastic is the tubing made from? The reason I ask is there are just a couple of flavors we want to try (today we just received banana from ECBlend) and 2 of them say do not use with polycarbonate tanks. Also we just received X2 clearomizers and tried them for the first time ... They are excellent! Fantastic vapor production and only need to take half the pull I would take on CE3 to get the same effect. But we noticed a thread tonight here about new clearomizers ... Lol?! Is what is pictured the X2 clearomizer replacement or CE3 replacement? Either way it looks great. Seems for the most part the same as the CE3 but holds more which is still great! I curious though ... What does the price point look like on these CE3/X2replacements? Also, will SI ever start giving bulk discounts on said clears like most vendors do ... Example; buy 5 or more and they're 50 cents cheaper a piece?

What are the hours for calling in an order? I've checked the website and called the number but can't find the answer. I hate making phone calls so I need to get it done as soon as possible! If I don't do it while I'm in the mood I just won't get it done.

Don't forget I'm on Alaska time here.

Are the T3s going to be the same problem? If so, I think I might just stick with the Vivi Nova. I hate ordering over the phone that bad. See, I'm already thinking that it isn't worth the call. If I drop the Nano's from the order I can just do it online.

not at them moment as china is closed on holiday until the 8th... things get really nuts before they leave so I haven't checked on them I will when they are back in business ;)
Imagine, is there any kind of an ETA on the colored diamond end caps?

I know there was a problem with the first batch and they are being reworked. Just wondered if they figured it out yet.

they are both fine...the clearo holds more liquid but needs to be tilted occasionally for it to wick.

I would definitely recommend the clearomizer for the X2. I have tried them all, and don't even use the nano's or CE3's I have.

I finally reordered some more clearomizers a while back since I couldn't wait any longer for the T3's.

I have had cinnamon/menthol Ice in one of them constantly for over 2 weeks now with absolutely no problems. Cinnamon is notorious for destroying tanks, but these are working perfectly.

Clearomizers are the easiest to refill, good consistent vape with never a burnt taste. My 2 X2's have clearos on them nonstop without problems. Also super easy to clean, take the tip off, fill with water, shake for about 15 seconds, repeat as necessary. Then let it dry for a while, and if necessary, give it a quick dry burn.

I even use them on my one 78mm auto battery. I am personally so frustrated with the CE3's and Nanos that I am thinking of ordering a set of blank cartomizers when the T3's come in to use with my 78mm battery.

Also, what Imagine said is true regarding tilting the clearomizer. The clearomizer is a top wick tank, however, most of the time you would probably have the X2 laying on it's side, so the need to tilt is not an issue.

I placed an order and bought 6 of the Nanos. Couldn't get anyone on the phone so I emailed CS first, placed the order, then emailed again with the order number. Just woke up and had a response from Heather saying I couldn't get a discount without buying 10 of the same color!

On the website it says buy 5 Nanos. Nothing about what color. I'm not even going into how mad I am right now.

I placed an order and bought 6 of the Nanos. Couldn't get anyone on the phone so I emailed CS first, placed the order, then emailed again with the order number. Just woke up and had a response from Heather saying I couldn't get a discount without buying 10 of the same color!

On the website it says buy 5 Nanos. Nothing about what color. I'm not even going into how mad I am right now.

I tried to call sales and CS again before I posted and no one answered the phone. So how does that work? The recording says that you are either busy or it is outside of business hours. But what's the business hours?

I just want my order canceled. Order #100051738.

Imagine, the 5-pack/one of each color besides clear and black option, wouldn't that just be a matter of creating another item in your system, allowing us to order it? It could just be an option in the "Nano Color" dropdown as "Variety," right? (or you can go cutesy and call it "Rainbow" or something :laugh:). Just sayin'. I'm sure a lot of people are trying to get this...I know I would. Then you can just prepackage at your leisure. But don't nobody try to go throwing black and clear into the mix to screw it up

Well, hold on. Didn't Nivek say that he had success by using the email contact form to specify his colors right after ordering? I don't remember, but is there a "Notes" section in the ordering process where colors can be specified? If not, maybe that might make it easier (until you can get the "5-pack of each color" option worked out), because I agree - calling in an order isn't often convenient. Bummer, Bukket...

Yeah, since I saw that someone else had emailed I figured I was safe doing it that way. I did try calling twice. But I guess I really didn't need to buy that many batteries anyway. I also left a message on the phone to cancel my order. But I really did want that rainbow cone :(

Why won't anyone tell you the hours to place an order? Is it some big secret?

My message from Heather said I had to buy 10 of the same color "even" on the phone! Plus there is a discount on the website for buying 5! That's what made me so mad. It's like everyone has different information.

Is there a problem with your shipping dept.? I placed an order on Sept. 30th (#100050814) and it still hasn't shipped. Usually, I would have received my order by now. The website still lists it as "processing" after 5 days. Does using the free shipping now mean waiting a week before the order is even pulled and shipped? Most of the order was menthol cartos for my sister. As of last night she was down to her last carto!

Well, it's a new item, and they probably didn't foresee all the problems they would have. I'm sure the next CS meeting they have will clear all this stuff up...

I got a PM from Imagine and she took care of everything. She gave me the discount and the order is going ahead. I don't know what we would do without Imagine! She is the best of the best.
